Cute Early Fall Outfit Featuring Kuhfs

Welcome back to 26 Days of Fall Outfits! Today is Day 9, and today I’m posting an outfit that I actually wore last spring, but it would totally work for right now since we are having an unusually warm September. If you’re a regular, you might remember this one.

This tunic came in a Stitch Fix last fall, and I like that it’s different than the styles I normally wear. It’s fun for a change.

I paired it with my favorite dark wash skinny jeans, but it also goes well with olive or black or even white.

But what really makes this outfit fun is the Kuhfs.

Fashion Over 40 Featuring Kuhfs: a unique, fun and fashionable way to enhance your boots, jeans, yoga pants or capris.

Kuhfs are a fashion accessory created by Amy Olson, and they’re the fastest and cheapest way to add a new pair of pants to your wardrobe. You can attach them to your boots, jeans, yoga pants, or capris; and they instantly change up the outfit.

This is the River North Kuhf. I love the earth tones and the paisley pattern.

Version 2

Because there’s so much going on on in the top, I didn’t wear a necklace, but I did pull out these bold chandelier earrings. I also wore a few Alex & Ani wire bangles and my favorite two-tone Runway Twist Watch.

With my brown embellished sandals, this outfit can take me right into fall — as long as the temperatures stay warm like they are right now. Sorry, dog not included! LOL!!

  1. I enjoy seeing your daily outfits and you wear them well. What part of PA are you from? Pennsylvania is a beautiful state. I have been in the Amish country/Lancaster, PA many times which is a beautiful area. My family and I traveled to Lake Harmony, PA this past summer which was breathtaking. This outfit is a great transition while still experiencing some hot weather as we still have some hot temps in North Carolina. Keep up the inspiring looks.

    1. Hey, Lisa! I’m about halfway between Philly and Lancaster (Amish Country). Lake Harmony is in the Poconos, yes? I’m traveling there (Poconos, not Lake Harmony) next weekend for a blogging conference. 🙂 It’s a beautiful state, but then, so is NC. I grew up in Roanoke, VA, and I have friends in Charlotte and Raleigh.

  2. Love my version of that tank in black (shocker). Wore it with a black maxi on Tue, in fact. That terra cotta/marsala color is divine on you! The kuhfs are cute. They tie the outfit all together nicely.

  3. Loved this when you posted it before and still love it. The kuhfs are neat as sliced bread! Love that pattern with your top. As I said to Cyndi, I am loving the 26 Days of Fall and appreciate all the inspiration…and work the two of you are doing!
