Catching Up #CoffeeTalk

You guys, I’m having so much fun with these 12 Day of Outfits posts. I’ve been using Polyvore to create outfit ideas, which is pretty much like legos for the fashionista. Except digital. Well, maybe not so much like legos, but it’s super fun. I could play on Polyvore all day.

Here’s a sneak peek:

So. Much. Fun.

I can’t wait to start rolling them out. Stay tuned!!

In other news, well, there isn’t much other news. I’m pretty much writing as much content as I can to get ahead because I know it’s going to get crazy around here in a few weeks.

My son is turning 15 tomorrow. FIFTEEN. That is UN-believable to me. I mean, I’m only 25 years old, right?? How can this be? I know it’s cliche, but time really DOES fly by. Soon we’ll be teaching him to drive and looking at colleges. HOLD ME!!!!!!

Oh, so we signed up for a bunch of different shares with our CSA this fall. In the summertime, we only did veggies, chicken and eggs. We liked it so much that for fall, we are getting our own veggie share (as opposed to splitting with a friend as we did in the summer) plus the chicken and eggs again PLUS fruit and cheese.

This week was our first fall pickup and last night we opened the cheese and a bottle of cabernet to enjoy while dinner was cooking.

I love discovering new foods that I might not otherwise try. The Lanchego was our favorite. The rustic cheddar was super strong, and I didn’t open the colby, but I’m looking forward to having some of that tonight.

(Are you on Instagram?? Here’s where you can find me! I post a lot of photos of outfits, food I’m making and general life as it happens photos. It’s by far my favorite social network. Join me!!)

So yeah, that’s about it. Today I’m running out to The Container Store for a blogging campaign I’m working on. Even though I’m not particularly organized, I LOVE shopping for organizing supplies so this could be dangerous . . . stay tuned!

  1. Please share where the sweater is from! It is exactly what I have been looking for to wear with leggings for Thanksgiving!

  2. I really need to try Polyvore. The cheese looks amazing – I think I could live on cheese and bread. My boys are 17 and 19 and I still can’t believe it – the driving thing brings a whole new dimension to worried parenting!
