Day 18 of 28 Days of Winter Outfits

I decided not to re-post all my outfits in one post this week, so if you’re looking for Daily Mom Style, you can find all of this week’s outfits here.

Today I’m super casual, but I’m excited to show you my new Zella ‘Cherished Too’ Tunic! I picked it up on the Nordstrom Clearance Sale that is going on RIGHT NOW! I saw it when I was creating my President’s Day Sales post, and I couldn’t resist. I love the color, and it just looked so comfy.

The material is a lighter-weight than I was expecting, but I’m glad because that means I will get to wear it further into springtime. I should probably put a t-shirt on under it for warmth, but today is milder than it’s been in a while so I’m okay.

I was tempted to put it on with my Athleta Metro Skinny Pants and sneakers, and truthfully, that would be just fine for a stay-at-home mom. Then I thought to myself, back in the day… we always wore our sweatshirts with jeans.

So I pulled on these light wash jeans and my infamous grey boots instead, and I love it. Cute, comfy, but put together.

    1. I guess it’s personal preference. I wanted it to be roomy and comfy. And I fear it might shrink up a bit. Also, the sleeves would probably be too short if I went any smaller. I ordered a medium. I’m like 5’5 and 140 at the moment.

  1. Loving this top and color. I may have to break down and order one! Glad to hear your comments about size. Based on that, I think I’d order a large for myself. Pondering. . .
