Ingredients
  • corn on the cob (6-8 ears)
  • 3-4 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Husk the corn and cut the kernels off as close to the husk as possible.
  2. Melt the butter in a large saute pan or skillet. Add the corn and saute uncovered on medium-low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all the starchiness in the corn is gone.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve!
