Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Several of you have asked for the recipe for the chicken Caesar salad that I mentioned yesterday.  It’s quite simple.

Buy a bag of Dole Complete Caesar Salad at the grocery store.  Follow package direction.  Marinate boneless, skinless chicken breasts in Italian salad dressing.  Grill to perfection.  Cool slightly.  Slice thin.  Serve on salad with a side of crusty French bread.  The end.

  1. I am in a strange mood so I must ask, is that how you would serve this meal (as pictured)?

    Seriously, it does sound yummy.

  2. That sounds SO good! I think it’s great your kidlets are enjoying salad too. My daughter eats the fixin’s, just not together in a salad persay. A little lettuce here, tomato there, red pepper over here…

One recent trick that totally appeals to my lazy side, is to buy the pre-cooked, frozen fajita chicken strips at HEB to heat up and put on top of my salad.
