LOFT Favorites 40% Off

LOFT is clearing out their spring line to make room for summer, and there are tons of great pieces on sale. I noticed that many of the popular LOFT pieces I’ve posted lately are now 40% off their sale price, and there are quite a few sizes left so I wanted to let you know!

Some of these LOFT items are final sale, and others are not. All shirts, skirts, and crops are 40% off right now, in addition to sale items being marked 40% off on final sale.

(1) Diamond Double V Maxi Dress $35
(2) Tulip Essential Ankle Pants $17
(3) Mosaic Skinny Ankle Pants $23
(4) Petaled Side Shirred Dress $38 (another option: Flecked Side Shirred Dress also $38)
(5) Chambray Henley Softened Shirt $32

The Petaled Side Shirred Dress is by far the most popular item on my site in ages. This dress is so flattering for so many body types. It skims the body and doesn’t cling. If you have curves, it flatters them, and if you don’t have curves, it creates some. I absolutely love it.

This dress is great for graduations, bridal/baby showers, weddings, even funerals (unfortunately I have worn it to one recently.) Basically whatever spring or summer event you have coming up, this is a great all-around dress.

I have this dress in a size 8. I am usually between a 6 and an 8, and I definitely need an 8 in this dress. A 6 would be too small.

The Diamond Double V Maxi Dress is a great dress as well but with a very different silhouette. This would also be great for most of the events I mentioned above. It is a bit long, so if you are shorter than 5’6″ you may need to have it tailored. (I am 5’5″ and I’m considering having it taken up just a bit in the shoulders.) It is also available in petite. I am wearing the medium.

Funny, I’m wearing the same Stella & Dot Tiburon Necklace with both dresses. It’s a great piece that takes the guesswork out of layering, and right now Stella & Dot is running their Dot Dollars promotion — but that’s fodder for another blog post!

LOFT Diamond Double V Maxi Dress: a great casual summer dress

Diamond Double V-Neck Maxi Dress // Romeo Block Heel Sandal c/o Payless
White Jean Jacket (this one at LOFT looks great too) // Tiburon Necklace via my Stella & Dot boutique
red bag (old) // D Yurman Oval Large Link Bracelet

The skinny ankle pants are a great versatile pant for spring in the newest trend. Skinny ankle pants are flattering on almost everyone. If you have more of a pear shape, you may need to be careful with these. A straighter leg is probably better, but several of their Pencil Pants are on the 40% off sale too!

WHBM Dolman Jetsetter Tee $44 // Dalton Pendant $76 // black patent wedges (old; similar)
Lawson Cuff c/o Kendra Scott // Stella Fold-Over Clutch c/o GiGi New York

Finally, the Chambray Henley Softened Shirt is a great alternative to a traditional button-down chambray shirt if you dislike collars, as I do. This shirt is really cute with white jeans and jeans or pants in pastels or jewel tones. I haven’t taken a formal photo shoot with this top yet, but I did take this mirror selfie a few weeks ago.

I’m super excited about the 22 Days of Summer Fashion with Cyndi that is starting on June 1st! I just hope Mother Nature gets her act together by then. I don’t know about you, but I am so ready for summer weather!

  1. Girl the weather is killing me!! I can’t weather spring clothes let alone summer clothes. 🙂 It has got to get better!!
Love all the looks you have styled from Loft.

  2. I bought the side sheer dress when you posted it the first time. I love it! I don’t wear dresses often. But I got a lot of compliments on this one.

  3. Great finds from the Loft! I have the Petaled dress and love it. I’m considering ordering the maxi, since it comes in petite. You look great in it!! Did you remove the waist tie? Also, a couple of the reviews mentioned how clingy and spongy the material is. Do you find this true? It doesn’t appear to be in your photo.

      1. Thank you, for the info. I ordered it! Great price, and I really liked the “V” in the back! Perfect for the summer!

  4. I agree completely… I have so many cute things I would like to wear. I guess it has given us more time to get our summer wardrobes together Lol I am now trying to get my accessories lined up and swimsuits for vaca ordered. Most of all cover ups and self Tannner. I have already moved into a new purse. Thank you for all the helpful tools you have given us

  5. These are great picks from Loft. I love all the prints. I found the henley chambray shirt to be popular on my blog too! Absolutely adore the black polka dot dress. Looking gorgeous today. Hope ya get better weather…it’s been 70’s on the west coast, yet I’m blowing up from allergies so I can’t even enjoy it. ;(

  6. I love the LOFT’s clothes—and they are one of my favorites especially because of their sales—it makes it so reasonable!!
That dress is stunning on you Jo-Lynne (I know I’ve said it before—but just in case you forgot—ha ha). I actually saw it at the store in a different print not long after you posted it—and I had to refrain myself from buying it. Thanks for all of the insights on the pieces…it makes it so helpful when buying online!

  7. I’ve had good luck with a couple of sweaters from LOFT lately and their jewelry as well! I need to check out the current sale. And I hear you on the (lack of) Spring weather. The May Grey is in full effect here and it’s so depressing! I don’t know how I survived 6 years in Seattle. BTW, I’m talking about my favorite accessory tip of yours that I’ve been testing out for the last two years in my post today. 🙂

    1. I love it! Thanks for the shoutout. Like you, I wore all silver jewelry along with my silver wedding rings for many years. It really is easier to have only one type of metal in your wardrobe, but it’s a lot more fun to mix it up, and having a few mixed metal pieces really helps!!! 🙂

  8. I bought the navy tulip ankle pants, when you posted them on your blog. You were wearing the black mosaic pants. I absolutely love the fit, and look of these pants. I love jeans so,much, but these are a nice alternative that can be dressed up or down.
    Now, we just need sunshine!

    1. I am SO glad to hear it! I always fear someone coming back and telling me they hate a recommendation. I’d feel awful! LOL. So glad you like them! They really are great pants. And yes, COME ON, SUN!!!!
