New week! New MPM! Here’s what I’ve got.
MONDAY: Monkfish Provincial with Zucchini Pasta
TUESDAY: Pork Kabobs with mushrooms, onions and green & red peppers (marinated in Michael’s Marinade), rice, spinach salad
WEDNESDAY: Pulled Pork from Countrytime Farm on Kaiser Rolls, raw veggies, potato chips (I won’t be home, and I can leave this for my fam.)
THURSDAY: Triple Threat Meatloaf, boiled beets, steamed fresh green beans
FRIDAY: Tequila Lime Chicken, swiss chard and roasted carrots

Thanks for the inspiration. I’m off to the store with my menu plan and shopping list in hand. We’re having Pork chops/roasted potatoes/ homemade applesauce, your famous Shaved parm chicken & lemon creme/broccoli, stuffed pizza/salad, Tomato basil linguine/salad and taco night. Have a blessed week!

You are so lucky that your husband and kids will eat all this stuff. Actually, my kid is not the picky one. *Sigh*
Yeah, kids I can handle. Eat it or leave it, but don’t complain. Husbands, though? If I had a picky hubby, that would be really annoying.
What do you use to slice the zucchini?
I just did it with a carrot shredder. Mine didn’t look like Lydia’s but it tasted fine.
