It’s been hot and muggy here in eastern Pennsylvania this week, and I’m all about the tank tops!
Pink “twist strap” tank from Old Navy with Joe’s rolled jean shorts and my new pink Lucky Brand “Dabney” sandals I scored at Bloomies’ summer shoe sale last week. Earrings and necklace by Studio Jewel.
Coral top from Old Navy with gray/taupe cuffed shorts from Banana and my Orla Kiely stem pattern bag. Bracelet by JanMary Designs.
The sandals are Fryes, and I got a fresh pedicure over the weekend!
Another pink tank from Old Navy with the same jean shorts and pink sandals. I added my mixed stone and silver bracelet by Silpada and my Grace Tags necklace.
To church on Sunday, I wore this black and white patterned dress by Maggie London — I picked it up last fall when I went on a shopping spree compliments of Nordstrom Rack. I wore Charlize Teardrop Earrings by Stella & Dot and a silver bracelet and silver sandals.
This gray striped tank is a favorite because it’s so easy to wear. It is so thin and soft, and it doesn’t hug anywhere you don’t want to be hugged. I wore it on Sunday afternoon to a neighborhood picnic when it was blazing hot outside and I wanted to stay cool.
Black tank from Banana (love the knot details on the straps) with red skinny jeans (DL 1961 Emma Legging in Tabasco) and silver sandals (Target). Necklace by Studio Jewel. I had some errands to run and wanted to look cute but comfy.

I love those leggings! I need to know- how are comfortable are they and what do they actually feel like? Do they have the texture of jeans?
Yes, they are just like jeans, in fact, I didn’t know they were “leggings” till I looked them up online to link to from my blog. They have this 4-way stretch fabric that is so uber comfortable. They do not fall down!!! And they hold their shape.
Love your sandals and your dress is gorgeous!
thank you, ma’am!
Love that dress!
I just clicked on the jean shorts…tell me you got them on sale and where…I have such a hard time spending money on shorts and bathing suits, for some reason!
Yes, I did get them on sale at 6pm.com – still not cheap but I wear them so often, I feel I got my money’s worth. 🙂
Cute sandals! I’m sporting green polish, too. Mine’s essie’s mojito madness. What’s your color? I like it!
I wish I knew the color. I can never remember after I leave the salon.
I am loving those frye sandals !!!!!
Thanks, they were a splurge at the time, but I’ve gotten so much wear out of them, I’m so glad I bit the bullet and got them!
That dress is so cute! And you look great in bright pink.
Thanks! I am suddenly all about pink this year.
I have such a hard time with tank tops. I like them longer and not so tight. Do you really like the ones from Old Navy? Do they hold up well in the wash?
I ordered a bunch, and they all fit differently. I like that this year they are making them with more of a relaxed fit. Several of them have that elastic banded waist – which I actually like more than I thought I would. I am short waisted, though, and don’t mind when they shrink up some in the length. They wash well, and I’m not very careful with my laundry. I wash and dry, and so far so good!
Saw you on The Pleated Poppy this morning. You have such a gorgeous smile in these photos, and you definitely look ready for summer! 🙂
I am SO ready for summer! Thanks for stopping by.

Great looks! Loving those red jeggings!
love your blue toes!
Love the dress!
I really like the blue color on your toes. I’m sporting blue too, but it’s a tad too bright. Your hue is a perfect go with everything option.
Those Frye sandals rock! Love the polish color too!
