New Gifts At Every Turn with Kohl’s

Well, friends! We’re almost halfway through November, and the holiday scramble is on!

I get emails almost daily requesting gift ideas for the moody teenager, for the man without a hobby (hi, Dad!), for the favorite teacher, for the girlfriend who has everything… and on it goes.

So today I’m teaming up with Kohl’s to bring you a holiday gift guide with ideas for just about everyone on your list…

Yes, I said “just about.” I’m not a miracle worker, folks!

But seriously, Kohl’s has a great home department; they carry clothing for every age (including an extensive junior department); and they have fashion accessories, activewear for the family, beauty products, Christmas decor, sports paraphernalia, and more… all at prices that won’t break the budget.

Oh, and did I mention stylish outerwear?

I love a classy cloth coat for dressier occasions, and this self tie coat in a gorgeous shade of light tan with blush undertones will elevate any casual look for a polished, put-together appearance.

It’s from Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen’s Elizabeth and James collection, sold exclusively at Kohl’s. This coat also comes in a bold cherry red — sure to brighten up any gloomy winter day.

This coat has a single button closure and a flattering 2/3-length, plus the slanted pockets and optional tie closure are nice details. (I had it tied behind me in these pictures.)

It would make a lovely gift for your grown daughter, sister, or mother; or buy it for yourself and wrap it up and put it under the tree from your honey! (I’m wearing the small, so it’s TTS or size down if in between.)

Another practical but luxe gift idea for a sister or close friend is a stylish pair of ankle boots.

These chic and comfortable ankle boots were created by the designers behind UGG, and they have cushy Ortholite comfort foam insoles with a walkable 3″ stack heel.

I also love the wrap detail on the side. These are so nice to walk in, and the taupe color is highly versatile, plus they also come in black.

Speaking of chic gifts for women, how about a cozy turtleneck sweater?

I love the subtle stripe pattern and this muted color palette  — in fact, it was this LC Lauren Conrad sweater that inspired my entire outfit.

It’s very soft against the skin, and it has no wool content, so it’s not itchy for those who are sensitive. It’s also true to size; I’m wearing the small.

I paired it with these LC Lauren Conrad mid-rise skinny jeans in a dark wash called Canyon.

They’re nice-fitting jeans — pretty impressive, actually, for the price point!

These jeans have a 29″ inseam (27″ inseam if you order the Short) and a comfortable mid-rise, and they’re true to size or size up if in between. I have the 8R.

I also love this fun little Elizabeth and James ring handle croco crossbody for gift giving, in a versatile shade of taupe.

And don’t forget accessories!

These LC Lauren Conrade tortoiseshell cat eye sunglasses are on trend and very affordable.

I also picked up a couple of items from the new Scott Living collection — these holiday scented candles and some dish towels for gift giving, plus some wine glasses for moi!

Kohl’s has a bunch of great promotions going on right now, to make your gift-shopping easy on the budget!
