Things I’ve Worn That Are On Sale + A Few Try-Ons

Happy Friday, friends! We made it through another week!

I realize different states are taking different approaches to this situation, and some of us are in higher risk areas than others. Where I am here in Pennsylvania, we have pretty much been on lockdown for two full weeks at this point.

While the regulations became stricter over that time, the initial recommendations were the same. They are just enforcing them now. That means we are only allowed to go out for food or pharmacy, and only essential businesses remain open.

Fortunately, my entire family is able to do school or work from home, so while we have some moments of boredom and inconvenience and miss getting together with friends, our day to day hasn’t been terribly affected.

I’m always curious to hear from people in other areas of the country (and the world.) What’s it like where you are right now???

Meanwhile, I’m trying to keep things here on the blog as normal as possible.

I usually post a try-on haul on Fridays, but I’m still waiting on a lot of orders to come in due to delays in shipping, so I’ll share what I have, but I’ll also share some of my spring wardrobe favorites that are on sale right now. There are a lot!

A Few Try-Ons

I’ve got a few new items to share with you — mostly from Nordstrom and Everlane. As always, links and descriptions are below the pictures.

For size reference, I’m 5’5″ and hanging out around 135 lbs. at the moment after losing 7-8 pounds over the past 3 months, thanks to intermittent fasting. When I say something is TTS (true to size) that means a small in tops, a 6 or 28 in pants and jeans, and a 6 in dresses. I also consider a size 8 my true shoe size, but I often have to size up or down, depending on the brand.

Everlane The Linen Scoop-Neck Tee (size M) // This linen scoop neck tee is a simple, classic piece that you can wear alone with fun accessories or layer under jackets/cardigans/etc. It has a traditional fit with a really nice drape and a versatile 25″ length. It’s 100% linen, so you should wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.

I ordered this in my usual small, but it was waaaay too snug, so I exchanged for the medium, and it fits perfectly. I definitely recommend sizing up if ordering. It also comes in black, white, and a pretty sage green.

VERDICT: Keeping

also wearing: Madewell 10″ High-Rise Skinny Crop Jeans in Pure White: Button-Front Edition (TTS; also on sale) with Marc Fisher Ltd Fianna Sandals

Sanctuary Enchanted Floral Blouse (size S) // This adorable top can be worn on or off the shoulder for an easy desk to dinner look… once things get back to normal.

For now, this would make a cute top for those of you on Zoom meetings or teaching classes online. And what the heck, I may even throw it on for a date-night-at-home on the deck one night this spring, when our weather warms up.

It’s 40% off at Nordstrom and runs TTS.

VERDICT: Keeping

also wearing: Madewell 10″ High-Rise Skinny Crop Jeans in Pure White: Button-Front Edition (TTS) with Sam Edelman Tesma Wedge Slide Sandals (TTS)

Veronica Beard Back Zip Scuba Pants (size 8) // I almost didn’t share these because they are ridiculously expensive, but I do have readers that wear Veronica Beard clothing, and these are one of her most iconic pieces. If you have no need for $295 pants, keep scrolling.

I have heard so many good things about these pants, and I’ve been curious about them for a while, but they’re always excluded from every sale, so I never tried them. Last week when Nordstrom went 25% off sitewide, these were included, and curiosity got the best of me.

When they arrived, I was surprised by how thin they are. I was expecting a thicker fabric because of the scuba in the title, but they’re actually quite thin. They are also rather short, with a 25″ inseam, but I have to admit, they do have an amazing fit and feel. They mold you in all the right places, and I can see how they would be super versatile. Unfortunately, the size 8 is a little too snug for me. No vanity sizing here!

I can zip them (they have a hidden zipper in the back) but they look pretty body-con. I don’t think they’re supposed to fit this way. Even at 25% off, they’re an investment, but I can see how they would be a wardrobe staple for many years. I’m tempted to see if Nordstrom will honor the sale price if I re-order the 10. Or I may hold onto them and exchange in-store when the malls re-open in a few weeks (months?)

At any rate, if you have the budget and the lifestyle for these pants, they are really good. But size UP!

VERDICT: undecided

also wearing: LOFT Daisy Cap Sleeve Mixed Media Tee (TTS) with Steve Madden Honey Heeled Sandals

Caslon Cotton Tank (size S) // I ordered this to have something easy to wear under cardigans.

T-shirts under cardigans annoy me because the sleeves get bunchy, and neckline never lays right. Plus it’s just more slimming to wear a body-con top under a cardigan, so this tank is both body-con and sleeveless. However, it’s quite long, so it bunches up when I place it where I want it on my hips, and it’s just kind of boobalicious.

Here’s how it looks under the cardigan…

And here’s a t-shirt, for comparison…

I dunno… thoughts?

also wearing: Goodthreads Mid-Gauge Stretch Hooded Longline Cardigan (cozy, comfy, and TTS) with AG Farrah Skinny Ankle Jeans (TTS) and Eileen Fisher Lee Espadrille Flats (size up half)

PJ Salvage Feelin’ Good Graphic Tee (size S) // This tee is really cute, but it’s very thin. It’s also soft and comfy and a nice easy length with deep side slits.

It’s meant to be a pajama top, and for that, it’s perfect. I will wear this all summer long, with shorts or long pajama bottoms. It runs a little big; I have plenty of room in the size small

VERDICT: keeping

Okay, that’s all I’ve got for try-ons!

Things I’ve Worn That Are On Sale

Pretty much everything I own is on sale, lol! I’ll try to feature the most versatile pieces that I think you’ll be interested in.

In this section, I ended up introducing the items before showing the the pictures, so the links are actually above the pictures. I don’t know why… it’s just how the post flowed.

Nordstrom has their annual Spring Sale going on! You can save up to 40% on select items throughout the store, plus they’re price matching the amazing sales going on elsewhere around the Web.

AND to encourage people to shop online, they are running a Bonus Points Event online only. Nordy Club members earn 5 points for every dollar spent, and Nordstrom cardholders earn 10 points through March 29th.

My Sam Edelman Tesma slides are 25% off…

I also have the snake print, which I love.

Oh, and these AG Farrah jeans are on sale too! They’re 40% off at Nordstrom, but sizes are limited. They’re 25% off at Shopbop.

These AG Farrah jeans are also on sale at Nordstrom; in fact, almost all of their AG Farrah styles are on sale.

My Eileen Fisher Lee Espadrille flats are 20% off right now. These are super comfortable, and they’re also very easy to walk in. I recommend sizing up half in these; I have the 8.5.

Eileen Fisher Lee Espadrille Flats

And my Marc Fisher Ltd Fianna Sandals are also on sale. Another pair of super comfortable shoes that you can walk easily in because of the smooth, soft, wide straps. They’re TTS; I have the 8.

And these Vince Camuto Marybell Platform Wedge Sandals are 30% off. They’re TTS; I have the 8.

This cozy Vince sweater that I’ve worn at least once a week for the past 6-7 months is 40% off again. It’s one of my most worn pieces from the #NSale last summer. It also comes in a really pretty blue, and it’s TTS; I have the small. Oddly, this sweater is also at Nordstrom Rack and on an even better sale, but only size Large is left.

The Rag & Bone Vee Tee that was a clear standout in my White T-Shirt Reviews a few weeks ago is 25% off. It also comes in grey and black, and I recommend sizing up one from your normal; I have the medium.

And the AllSaints v-neck is 25% off as well. I kept the grey, but the white is good too.

The Vince snake print slip-ons are 25% off, as are the Paige cargo joggers I wore so much last spring/summer/fall. I can’t wait to dig them out again!

Size down in both. I had the cargo joggers in 28 (and that was before I lost weight; I would order a 27 now) and I also had to size down to a 7.5 in these sneakers.

And my go-to denim jacket is also 25% off! It’s TTS; I have the small.

J.Crew has 25% off full-price styles and 40% off warm weather picks, and Talbots has another 40% off sale going on with free shipping (but a $5 handling fee for single item orders.)

The Going Out blazer I featured yesterday is 25% off, and the Talbots leopard sweater is 40% off.

This sweater is also really cute with white jeans.

J.Crew has brought this popular linen rolled cuff t-shirt back this year, and it’s currently 40% off with code SHOPNOW.

I have the navy in a size medium from last year, so I would say to size up if in between. I’ve ordered the grey in a size small to compare, since I’ve lost weight since last summer.

Here’s another Talbots top that is really cute for spring. I styled this stripe cutout back top with blue jeans and a yellow utility jacket for a blog post earlier in the week, but I wanted to show you how versatile it is.

I styled it here with white jeans and the same neutral loafers.

And here with off-black jeans (restocked!!!) and white loafer mules. Of course, both of these looks would be improved with the addition of a completer piece — I’d put a blue jean jacket over either of these looks, or of course the yellow utility jacket.

Madewell is doing 30% off smile worthy styles with code HAPPYPLACE, and an extra 30% off sale styles.

My 10″ High-Rise Skinny Crop Jeans are included.

And so is this dusty pink pullover sweater. It’s TTS; I have the small.

Oh, and my Tory Burch Edie ballet flats are included in the Tory Burch Spring Event! I recommend sizing up half in these; I have the 8.5.

See all my picks from the Tory Burch Spring Event HERE.

Finally, LOFT is doing 40% off plus free shipping with code COMFY! I’ve placed a few orders, but nothing has arrived yet.

That includes this pretty cap sleeve blouse and chewed hem skinny crop jeans I styled a few days ago. (The top is TTS, but size down in the jeans. I’m wearing a 6 and need the 4.)

And also this really cute jumpsuit. Size down; I needed the 4.

See my LOFT Favorites HERE.

  1. I am in Northern Florida. I work in healthcare and am on the front lines of the COVID 19 pandemic. It has been unreal. The town I live in is mostly shutdown. All of the restaurants are take out only.
Walmart, Target, grocery stores and doctors offices are open. Everything else is closed.
    Stay safe everyone.

  2. I like that grey tank on you! Maybe it’s “boobier” in real life, but in the pictures it looks fine. I prefer a little bunching around the tummy area myself, so that doesn’t bother me either. And I agree with you about a tank under a cardigan vs a t-shirt. In addition to the sleeve thing, I also find it’s neater looking. Unrelated to the tank, and fwiw, I’ve been told for the class I’m teaching on zoom not to wear patterned tops, because they are more likely to pixilate and be distracting. Of course, anything that causes students not to look at my face is probably a good thing… 🙂

  3. Thank you for highlighting your favorite items that are currently on sale. One thing I do think that would be nice to share, given the current retail environment, are the current return policies for different retailers. I do most of my shopping online and it’s been enlightening in the past few days for me to determine how I can return unwanted items while stores are closed. Gap emailed me a UPS return label for my Athleta and BR items that I simply printed out and dropped off at a local pickup spot. Other retailers like J Crew charge a fee for shipping items back. I’m hopeful that more retailers will update their return options as it may entice more people to continue purchasing from them at this time.

  4. Wow, I want one of each, and you look Amazing in everything!
I’m holding off shopping right now since I’m not working due to COVID19, but I’m keeping myself busy. We bought a new (old) house back in December. It’s a beautiful Victorian and needed some work before moving in, which is set back by a few weeks but that’s okay. I’d rather people stay home and safe and if that means waiting to move in, so be it. Our Governor, Mike Dewine and Dr. Amy Acton (some of us have nicknamed her Dr. Action 😁) are doing a phenomenal job keeping us safe. I work in the dental field and in the public school system so I for one am happy to have this time to stay at home and pack for our move, whenever that will be. My Iife partner works in medicine so he’s on the front lines. So far the hospital he works for has enough PPE’s. Dental offices and construction companies are showing up daily to donate N95 masks and gowns, etc. so that’s great. I know some hospitals do not have enough and I am afraid for them. Although I’m afraid for my partner, for my friends and family that work in the medical field and essential jobs all across the country that can’t stay home, I’m trying to stay positive and do my part. Stay safe everyone.

    1. Hi Danelle, I’m an Ohioan too!  North of Cincinnati.

I hope you continue to stay well and keep motivated on that packing!

        1. We are in Maineville!  Small world.  Another rainy day.  At least yesterday and Wednesday were beautiful.

          1. Landen Maineville or Maineville Maineville?!?

            I’m in Landen….this is so awesome!❤️

Are you in the Facebook group?

          2. Deb, I couldn’t reply to your comment for some reason, hope you see this.  We are not in the city of Maineville, but pretty close.  Not Landen.    I am in the facebook group but stopped getting notifications.  I’m sure it’s my computer (or user ignorance!), but all the group stuff was filling my feed constantly to the point I wasn’t seeing others’ posts.

  5. Good morning! Thanks for all the clothes inspiration. I’m from northern Alberta, Canada. We are in week 2 of lockdown. No known cases of Covid 19 in our county. Our grocery stores and pharmacies are open. All non essential medical appointments cancelled. Schools of course are closed. My husband and I live on a farm, so we get outside lots, go for long walks. It is still winter here. No sign of spring today; snow that fell in October is still on the ground. But soon, very soon, spring will come! It always has!

  6. Another good post!  I linked through on your AGs and ended up with my favorite Paige in a new style.  Fingers crossed on boyfriend jeans!

    Have a good day!

  7. Here is New Hampshire the governor issued a Stay at Home order to take effect tonight at 11:59. Restaurants have been take-out only for awhile. Only grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations and the like are open. I am teaching on-line so I am pretty much home bound, except for our trip to the grocery store today, walks outside with the dogs and neighbors – 6 feet apart, and visiting my mom in memory care (don’t know how long that will continue.) I started doing yoga yesterday (Day 1 of Adrienne’s 30 days). I hope it will help my neck and back since I am doing so much work on the computer. My husband is only working 3 days a week for however long that lasts. My students seem okay, so far (college students), but I worry how they are really coping. I am trying to do lots of different activities with them, keep them engaged; we have zoom classes as usual. I certainly like the connection of seeing them 4 times a week (I hope they are as well.) I am so glad I am doing IF – otherwise I would be eating non-stop haha! I am doing even more baking (which is a stress release for me.)
Stay safe, everyone! Thank you to those who are fighting this on the front lines. We really appreciate what you are doing.

  8. This has been my first week home. My boss kept us open until they started talking about enforcement because we cant really work from home and the risk was low with only 2 employees. My daughter is happy to have me home. We’ve been trying to walk on the perkiomen trail when the weather is nice. I think that linen t looks great on you. I’m not sold on the grey tank, I think you can probably find better.

  9. Great sale post! I love to get my clothes on a sale. I like to keep what I call a wish list going. It works handy for when my Mon asks for birthday suggestions as well as remembering what I wanted (because I do tend to go shopping and get what I think is cute but I really don’t need another pair of blue jeans!)
I am in Oregon suburbs of Portland. We have a stay at home policy. No going to school. Restaurants are to go only. We can go out to exercise.
I am going out to exercise each day to help my body AND my soul. I am keeping my social distance from others.

  10. You know how much I love those Veronica Beard pants. On a price per wear basis, I have definitely gotten my money’s worth. I wore them at least once per week pre lockdown. I sized up too and should have mentioned that. I guess I forgot because I know what my Veronica Beard size is because I have a few of their pieces.

  11. So cute thank you for sharing…trying to
not get frustrated at the situation here.
Our cases in Illinois are surging and I wish
people would heed the governors advice.
God sees all and praying for a modern day
    Miracle! Stay well!

  12. I am in a semi-rural outer edge of a southern metro county where the number of cases is greatly increasing daily. Things are closed here in my county the same as where you are, except the parks are still open. I imagine that might change because on the news last night they were showing all the people thickly congregating and playing sports on the first beautiful day we’ve had. But warmer weather is almost here, and I think that, alone, will help a lot. Meanwhile, I’m just hanging in, trying to avoid everyone but my husband, and enjoying your blog, catching up on reading and watching old movies, and trying (haha) to relax. The relaxing is tricky…yesterday our septic decided to overflow into the back yard AND our power went out–with my crockpot going. Managed to salvage supper, power is back on, and the septic man is coming in a little while. Good times!

  13. Here in Massachusetts it’s similar, only essential business and takeout. My husband and I are both home, he’s more bored than me (I ALWAYS can find things to do) yesterday I grocery shopped which was emotionally a struggle, but it’s done for a while. My husband has back and hip issues and faithfully goes to gym and can’t now, so he’s feeling crummy. Do men do yoga?

  14. Hi Jolynne,
Thanks for another great post. I’m in Colorado and we are similar, stay at home only for groceries, take out food and exercise.  I’m a first grade teacher so I’m teaching remote. It’s been challenging but kind of fun too.

I’m so ready for spring and warmer weather! I’ve been online shopping a lot since I’m home and thanks to the great sales! FYI Athleta is having 25% off right now so I grabbed a few pairs of joggers, I love Athleta quality! Also, can you send the link for your fav denim jacket? I have 4 already but don’t really love any of them!

Take care everyone, stay safe and stay home!

  15. Hi I love that you have continued to show us fashion ideas.  It has helped me to look to the future and to know that this to shall pass. I live in Idaho and we have been in our homes for two weeks and our Governor has declared that we are now to shelter in place for another 21 days.

  16. I’m in southern MN where I work as a real estate closer. Our office is still open and we are still doing closings. Non-essential businesses are to be closed starting tonight, however….almost everything is “essential” is what I’ve learned. When I’m out and about, I see no less people out on the roads or in stores (grocery and such) .
My family and friends have a wide variety of careers and everyone is still working aside from my daughter who is a bartender. I am still meeting with strangers on a daily basis and my company has done what they can to minimize risk but we all pretty much feel like it’s only a matter of time before one of us gets it. I really wish the state would’ve closed more businesses but it doesn’t look like that’s happening any time soon. Some of our staff works from home now, but most of us can’t. It’s frustrating…. 🙂

  17. I’m in Southeast Minnesota. Our stay-in order takes place tonight until Easter weekend, but I don’t think it will change much. People have been pretty much staying in for the past two weeks anyway. School is closed for another month. Both my husband and I are working at home. Kids are schooling online. We walk every night and we still get up early to workout at home. Anything to keep a normal routine! I am most frustrated with the stores being empty on their shelves. Walmart, Target—I get some things, but when it is slim pickings for toothpaste, laundry detergent and feminine products (sorry, if that’s TMI–but really?? It only comes once a month!). It makes those trips to go out all the more unnecessary when the stores don’t have what you need. Last night we took a trip to McDonald’s to treat the kids to Shamrock shakes and then drove around the city. We just needed a little change of scenery:)

  18. I really like the joggers/sweats you are wearing in the photo with the PJ Salvage tee. Can you share the brand and the link (if they are still available) and whether you like them? With being home more, I am looking for a new pair!

  19. Love that floral top!  It looks cute off the shoulder without being too revealing!  Quick question, do you have a link to the black joggers you’re wearing in the pic with the graphic tee?  I have a hard time finding joggers that aren’t too baggy,  but those seem to be slimmer.

  20. I am in Texas, just south of Austin and north of San Antonio. We are on lockdown. But, it’s been in the 90’s lately and I heard that the virus can’t live in the heat – not sure if that is true but I hope it is!

You look fabulous in the Veronica Beard pants. Makes me want to buy a pair but my lifestyle doesn’t really support the price point.

  21. Hi Jolynne,  I live on Long Island in New York.  We are on full lockdown.  I am an essential worker because I work for Social Services so I’ve been working and will continue to do so.  It is very scary here.  No one is out except in the food stores.  They allow only a certain amount of people in at a time.  I try not to look at too much news, it can be depressing.  I’m reading all my favorite bloggers for some relief.  Keep the posts coming!

  22. I don’t remember to comment much but wanted to say how much I enjoy your blog. You do a nice job of acknowledging and talking about what’s happening in the “real” world while also giving us something fun to enjoy through your posts. I’m in Arkansas, and we have been really dealing with this situation for about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks now.  All of our schools are closed until at least April 17. We had 5-6 days of virtual school before we got out for spring break (that’s state-wide, this week).  I work in public education and can’t even describe how thankful I am for this week of rest. I do have some dread about starting back up next week, just because it’s so different and challenging. It helps to know, though, that most everyone is in the same boat. We are all figuring this out together. Take care of yourself and your family & thank you for continuing to blog!

  23. I jumped all the way to the bottom to ask this. Your hip thing. I’m pretty new following you so missed any previous content. My hip is also a problem. It starts out fine until I start to walk and then I get this deep pain in my joint that goes away but sure makes a long walk painful. I just got an email from my chiropractor that he’s open yippee but… so far the active release technique hasn’t worked. Keto and IF make yoga hard (dizzy in the am. Anyway, you may try active release. It worked for the rest of my 70 year old body.

  24. Thank you Jo-Lynne for continuing to send us fun blog post to help us keep this virus ordeal off our minds.  I am from NW Oregon and we are ordered to stay home and only go out for groceries, pharmacy, doctor.  We can go outside to walk/exercise if not by others.  We live just 20 minutes from the Wa/Oregon boarder and since WA is such a hot spot like New York and Calif. I’m assuming we will be doing what Wa and Calif. do for awhile.  All the schools are shut down and no say yet on a time line they’d like to open.  I don’t think they can predict when.  All restaurants and non essential stores are closed, unless they can do take-out.  I’m not working, so can be home. My husband however is a Fire Chief and he has to work and keep his crew going.  I feel like I quarantine for days and days and he comes home and messes it up.  🙂 LOL   I make him change out of his clothes and shower right away and sanitize anything he’s touched.  This gets lonely, but I keep thinking of how many are so much worse off than us. There is people who are out of work, trying to pay rent and need food. So sad.  I’ve been praying daily for these people and for the safety of my family and all those who are working in healthcare and on the front lines of this.  It too shall pass.  PS I recommend to everyone, not to watch too much TV.  Just not good for the mind.   Instead go to your bible and have TRUTH spoken to you. 🙂

  25. I live in the Upper Pennisula of Michigan….we are forgotten on many maps…..so thinking being remote would help us to avoid this pandemic….no such luck.. the numbers are creeping in as we speak…
At this point we are supposed to stay home except for those “essential” to work. I work for a school so am off for who knows how long.
In am nearing retirement, and this craziness assures me, I still need to work. Going a bit stir crazy….With living where we do, we still have lots of snow on the ground, so we can’t even get outside to do yard work. Only so many walks this girl can do in a day :))) Our family usually does maple syrup and average about 50 gallons at the end of the season….we decided not to continue after finishing off 12 gallons. My husband and both of his brothers are immunocompromised for various reason…..it has been interesting…Keep posting. Makes me excited for when and if I will be able to get dressed and return to work.

    1. Maria,

Where do you live in the UP? My husband worked in Escanaba several years ago and we fell in love with the UP! We live in Central Ohio, but had never visited until then. We have been back several times since then. He got off work at 3p.m., so we would go somewhere every night exploring. It was so beautiful! We have traveled all 50 states, but the UP is still one of our favorite places to go. We were just saying last week that we should make another trip up there! I think Alaska and Colorado are also beautiful and other places, too, but those three are my personal favorites!

      1. Thank you so much for your response!!!

We live in the Iron Mountain/Kingsford area….it is about an hour west of Escanaba……it continues to amaze me how small our world really is!!!!
It truly is a wonderful place to raise children and to retire…..we live outside of the city limits on about 5 acres in the country…. No street lights, all the wild animals!!!!
We live a very simple life!!!! Thanks for your response….be well and take care of that beautiful family of yours!!!!! All my children live in Wisconsin about 3-4 hours away… miss them terribly and my daughter is a RN in Madison…..she is just waiting to get the virus….Lots of praying on this mamma’s part.
Here’s to another week at home. I have switched my closets over and played with everything to make outfits and take pictures., if i ever get to return to work……..my OCD is to a new level…just trying to have fun.

  26. Hi. I’m in the Chicago area and the governor of Illinois issued a Stay at Home order last Saturday. My husband and I are fortunate enough to be able to work from home and are staying healthy. My son lives in the city and has been working from home for three weeks now as three people in his office building have tested positive. The numbers in Cook County are climbing fast. Thinking its time to make him come home. Keep up with the yoga. It’s great!

  27. Are you going to have your Paige cargo pants taken in by a tailor?
Asking because I also have them in a 28 and have lost weight.

  28. Thanks for a fun post!  It is nice to see some cute spring outfits!  I live in AZ and actually had snow today, so spring is trying to make its appearance, but not very fast!  Here, in AZ we are not on lockdown yet, restaurants closed except for take-out, grocery stores open, etc. so very similar to other parts of the country.

  29. I live in Charlotte NC. We were under a “stay at home” order until 4/16 but that has been extended until 4/30. No visiting my daughter in VA for her birthday and no Easter with family. I’m worried we won’t be able to see our granddaughter for her birthday on May 4th, or my girls for Mother’s day. We’ve already cancelled a family trip to Italy, France and Spain that was to take place at the end of June. That was a real blow! However, we are all healthy and do Zoom meetings every week. We’re depressed but trying to get over ourselves since my husband and I have no money worries and can help the kids if necessary.

  30. You shared some really great and versatile pieces!  I also have some orders being delayed in shipment right now.  We learned last night that all non-essential businesses in the closet town have been told to shut down.  Being in a very rural area, I pray that the small family owned restaurants can remain open for take out.  One woman had been tested and still attended a funeral and other events while waiting on the results, which came back positive, so she exposed others because she didn’t stay at home.  So aggravating and inconsiderate.  I hope y’all remain safe!

  31. Hi Jo-Lynne,

I am a huge fan of your blog. You are an inspiration. Can you share info on the green floral v neck top worn with the jean jacket above the photo of the leopard Talbot sweater?
