Withdrawal

Need.  Chocolate.  NOW.

I think I’m going to need to wean slowly from the last two months of sugar overdose.

  1. We got a little tin of the most rich and delicious fudge I’ve ever eaten in my life for Christmas from one of my neighbors. What I love about it is that one tiny little mouthful is more than enough to satisfy because it is SO RICH. Thus, I get my chocolate fix without having to eat a stomach-load of sugar. Find something like that, and your weaning will be much easier and perhaps fewer people will suffer your goodie-starved wrath.

  2. After the cookie a day monstrosity I did between Christmas and T-day, I actually developed a sweet tooth. I hope it goes back into hibernation soon.

  3. We have a lot around here also. Typed as I sit here drinking a sugar-filled coke classic from the bottle, yum. That’s my downfall.

  4. I can relate. My church is doing a 21 day fast and I’m fasting from all beverages except water. I’m dying without my coffee! I had to put my coffee pot away so that I wouldn’t have to look at it. I’m only 24 hours in and I’m already dying. I did sweets last year and I think that this year might be harder.
