As I continue to roll out my holiday gift guides, today it’s all about gifts for the ladies! I’m planning other more targeted gift guides based on interest and price point, but these are some general gift ideas for any woman in your life.
Whether you need something for your mom, sister, daughter, best friend, or your child’s favorite teacher, I hope you’ll find something in here.
Also, Bloomingdale’s is running a Buy More, Save More Event! Take 20% off a $100-$249 purchase, 25% off a $250-$499 purchase, and 30% off $500 or more on items labeled “TAKE UP TO 30% OFF WITH CODE: SAVEMORE.” And today only, you can save 15% off a $250+ purchase on almost all Beauty!
Several of the items in this gift guide are from Bloomingdale’s, so keep an eye out for those. This a great time to get a head start on your holiday shopping and save a few pennies while you’re at it!

Slip Pillowcase
I've been including these in my holiday gift guides for years, and I still say it's the perfect give for "the woman who has everything." Every woman I know who has one says she loves her silk pillowcase.
I love both of these products, and as a set, they makes a great gift. Both are mildly scented and extremely moisturizing. I keep the hand cream at my desk, and the shower gel is (of course) in my shower! I also have travel sizes for my suitcase.
Give the gift of cashmere with a timeless v-neck sweater from Equipment (25% off) or the iconic Jenni Kayne cashmere fisherman sweater (20% off). These both stand alone beautifully or layer easily under a leather jacket or boxy blazer.
Speaking of cashmere, cashmere socks are a luxury item that few women purchase for themselves, making them a wonderful gift! These J.Crew Cashmere Trouser Socks are my personal favorites, and they come in several gorgeous neutral hues.
I recently purchased this hand soap and lotion set for my powder room, and it occurred to me it would make a lovely gift. I love the grapefruit scent, but they have other options as well.
UGG slippers are always a sure hit for a holiday gift, and now they're water resistant! This is my personal favorite style. I think everyone in my family (including the men) have a pair of these. We wear them all winter long.
One of the highlights of 2022 was getting to design my very own jewelry collection with Victoria Emerson! Quite a few pieces are still in stock, and they make nice gifts for Christmas, birthdays, and other celebratory events!
Anthropologie has the most gorgeous assortment of planners and notebooks. I linked to the whole section so you can take a look at all they have to offer.
This holiday themed lipstick trio is a fun way to experiment with new colors, and it's a great price at QVC! Makes a nice stocking stuffer or addition to a beauty themed gift basket.
If she does a lot of traveling, she'll appreciate this hanging toiletry bag to keep all of her makeup and skincare essentials organized and within reach.
Dyson makes the best hair tools, and these two are my personal favorites. The hair dryer is amazing for de-frizzing and drying your hair quickly without damage, and the Corrale Styling Iron can be used for straight and wavy styles, and it's also gentle on delicate hair. I love that it's rechargeable so you don't have to fight with the cord.
How fun is this Advent Calendar full of beauty products? it includes top-rated Sephora products across skin care, hair, and makeup. Perfect for the beauty junkie in your life.
Another Advent Calendar idea, Olive & June’s Christmas Calendar box is the ultimate nail lover’s gift set featuring seven mini polishes, six nail-art sticker packs, a set of press-on nails, and a slew of nail-care essentials needed for a salon-worthy mani.
If you're looking for a splurge-worthy gift idea for yourself or someone else in the luxury category, I love my new YSL monogram leather belt. It's a little more understated than the Gucci belt that became so popular a few years ago.
Finally, and also in the luxury designer category, my husband knows I love to see a David Yurman box under the tree. I've had that oval link bracelet for something like 15 years and I still wear it regularly. The cable hoop earrings are also a favorite of mine, and the crossover studs are on my wish list!
Great list! I was bummed to see that some of your Victoria Emerson items are sold out, Jo-Lynne. (Good for you, though!) They were the items I had on my list for gifts– but maybe they’ll be back in stock before Christmas. I like to buy gift packs like the lip balm and scrunchies on the list and divide them up to either tuck into stockings for my adult children or use to decorate wrapped gifts for friends. Question, Jo-Lynne- Have you seen any dark brown V-neck or boatneck sweaters or tops anywhere online? How does color disappear completely?I feel like I’ve looked everywhere. I know it happens though because I always buy doubles of my favorite dark green items because I know the color comes and goes and it’s my absolute favorite.
Thank you for another very helpful post! Those cashmere gloves are a great price! Just ordered two pairs to have for last minute gifts, or I may end up keeping a pair for myself.
Great ideas Jo- Lynne. I’m having hard time figuring out 2 nd gift for my adult kids and spouses but will get there. Trying to stay under a certain price as already purchased their more expensive one. I start to second guess myself if I try to rush shop just to get it done. I want to feel good about my purchase. You always do great gift guides. Things I don’t think of or know I need. Lol. Always great posting from you.
I thought it would be fun to share my wardrobe must haves for fall. When I do my Fall Wardrobe Essentials post, I list general wardrobe categories that can be used by everyone, but these are the specific items and styles that make up my personal fall wardrobe.
I've long been a fan of Nordstrom Rack for scoring amazing deals on my favorite designer knits, shoes, and bags. Now with the holidays approaching, it's also a great place to find luxe gifts for the special people in your life without breaking the bank.
Happy Friday, friends! It's been a while since I've done a Try-On Haul, so I've been saving up pictures for a few weeks. I tried to be selective so I don't overwhelm you, but this post is still quite lengthy, so grab a 2nd cup of coffee and get ready to scroll!

Did you see this one? Could you wear XS? It runs big. https://shopstyle.it/l/bM5Hg
