I was trying to come up with a title for this post that involved where I might actually wear this outfit, but all I could come up with was Happy Hour or Lunch with Friends. Pretty much all I do for fun is go out to eat, can you tell?
jacket (S; similar for less) // tank c/o (S) // jeans (28; similar for less) // sandals (8) // similar crossbody // earrings // necklace // bracelet
All that to say, I decided to stick with Silky Bomber Jacket Outfit and let you figure out where you’d wear it. After all, it really is the jacket that makes the outfit.
This jacket is the Marrakech brand, which can do no wrong, in my opinion. I love the attention to detail and quality of fit. This jacket is made of a drapey woven fabric with a lightweight, silky feel that will easily carry over into the warmer summer months.
Here’s a view of the back, so you can see the relaxed hood and the seaming details down the arms. It has a drawcord hem that you can adjust to suit your preference.
This jacket is rather pricey, so I rounded up a few options for less.
This outfit came together easily for me, and I can’t see deviating far from this formula. I might swap out the blue jeans for grey or off-black, but a blush jacket with a white tee or tank and blue jeans is virtually fool-proof.
These jeans are the Edwin Bree, a classic slim straight crop with a raw hem in a versatile mid-indigo wash. They’re soft and comfortable, and they run true to size. You may want to size down if in between.
It isn’t even warm here yet, but these wedge sandals are fast becoming one of my spring favorites.
I actually had this pair a couple of years ago in a plain white, but I didn’t wear them much because of Covid, so I was thrilled to see them back again this year in a variety of colors. I really like this combination of sandstone and canvas.
I wore a silver link bracelet and silver tone link earrings to coordinate with the hardware on my shoes and bag, and the necklace was actually an oversight. I forgot I had it on!
I meant to wear my double strand coin necklace. I hate linking things that are out of stock, but I can’t find anything I like quite as much to replace it with, so I keep wearing it.
If the heels are too much for you, I love these studded slides with this outfit, or even fashion sneakers for a more casual look.

Love this outfit! I just ordered the Levi’s bomber jacket in blush from Zappos from your link. Hoping it works, as they were out of small, but had a medium so I got it to try. Thanks for the post!
Let us know!
Love this look! It’s nice to see a jacket that’s not olive green lol! The weather has finally made a turn here and it’s starting to feel like spring.
Enjoy your weekend 😀
Right!?! It’s hard to find them. I also love this, but it’s starting to sell out. Grab it if you like it, it’s very cute. https://shopstyle.it/l/bFUvU
Love this outfit, something I would wear easily and the blush color is perfect! Thanks for the similar for less options, unfortunately the blush is not available in a small from Zappos. I love looking at the Evereve site though, just wish the price points were lower. I spotted a blazer and shorts outfit while browsing that was so cute, reminded me of the “city shorts” outfits that were popular in the late 80’s. Have a great weekend!
Such a pretty little jacket! I love going to the Evereve website and seeing your phots on their “How to Wear” section! I just received my first catalog from them, now just waiting for them to build a store at the King of Prussia Mall! (we can dream, right??) Don’t you have some influence, Jo-Lynne? HAHA!!
I did place a nice order from LOFT from your link. Such great deals for 50% off. Enjoy the sunshine today!
Every time they ask on IG where they should go next, I respond and say KOP! Hopefully one day…
Every time I see you in this jacket I head over to their website but I keep thinking this is more of a warm pink rather than a cool. Would you say that is true? I keep looking at the grey Lange jacket but am not as keen due to the placement of the pockets. Decisions, decisions!!
Me Too Nancy. I think it looks more cool tone on Jo-Lynne but on the site it looks more warm. I need a cooler tone pink. Especially if spending that price. Hope Jo-Lynne answers you back. I like the Nine West one from Kohl’s too but think it looks warm also. One review said its more of a muted maraoon, not pink as in photo. Ummm???
I think it’s kind of a muted brownish pink but not what I’d describe as warm.
Ok thank you Jo-Lynne. Have a great weekend. You look great in this post.
I really like this! I just laid out my outfit for tomorrow, but I just might change it to something like this! Love love love your inspiration!! Have a wonderful weekend!
