Welcome back to my weekly post where I share what I wore this week and link up with other fashion bloggers around the web! I’ve been on vacation in Maine this week so everything I’m wearing is pretty casual and simple.
I wore my pink Old Navy boyfriend shorts and this white tee to meet a friend for coffee one day last week. I love this t-shirt. I ordered it from Ann Taylor, and it is the perfect classic t-shirt. The material is thicker than most tees these days, and it’s a great length too. I accessorized with my beaded necklace from Target, and I also wore my shorter gold disc necklace to fill in the neckline. The Lexi Bucket Bag is still on sale. Just sayin’.
Outfit Details: boyfriend shorts // white tee //Vionic Lizbeth Sandals // Lexi Bucket Bag in Cuoio (see the Lexi Bucket Bag on sale at Nordstrom) // Alex and Ani Bangles // engravable disc necklace // beaded necklace // belt (old; similar)
I wore this jean skirt and purple tank with my grey and white striped sweatshirt to go to the Jordan Pond House on a damp, chilly day last weekend. I froze. I should have worn jeans.
Outfit Details: purple tank (current colors) // Madewell Raw Edge Jean Skirt // striped sweatshirt (old) // necklace // bracelets c/o J.Jill // sandals (old; shop other Vionic sandals at Zappo’s)
I threw on this graphic tee and jeans for a cool, rainy day hanging out at the lake and running some errands.
Outfit Details: red burnout graphic tee // Florence Skinnies in Topeka wash c/o DL1961 (Topeka is sold out; but the Falcon wash is now ON SALE at Nordstrom!!!) // crossbody bag // Vionic Adelie Sandals // bracelets c/o J.Jill // Stella & Dot ball stud earrings (sold out, so sorry)
Finally, I wore this verrrry old medallion tee with my cutoffs to hang out at camp yesterday. Yay for warmer weather! My aunt gave me these white sandals when I was visiting with her earlier this week. She ordered them when she saw me wearing the black ones here on the blog, but she didn’t care for the fit. I’m thrilled. I love these sandals, and the white with brown and gold details is a great addition to my wardrobe.
Outfit Details: Gap medallion tee (old) // cutoffs (old; similar) // Vionic Adelie Sandals // Alex & Ani bangles // teardrop earrings
We’ve been having a blast in Maine. My inlaws arrived yesterday, and it’s been fun showing them around. Fortunately the weather has improved, and they were treated to a gorgeous afternoon on the lake yesterday afternoon. Today we’ll be doing some sightseeing and hopefully more boating. It’s hard to believe that I’ll be heading home in a few days and back to business as usual next week. In the meantime, I plan to enjoy every minute of R&R.

I love the cutoffs! I had a pair of Lee jean shorts we got at Vanity Fair 3 years ago that they no longer make, and I could kick myself for not getting more. Thanks for a suggestion for something similar.
Thanks! They’re fun. At first I thought I was too old to get away with them, but now they’re a summer wardrobe staple. 🙂
Lovin that jean skirt!!
Thank you!
Love love love that cute denim skirt! Been wanting to get one for casual Friday for summertime.
Thanks! I just got it this year. Can’t believe I lived without one for so long! 🙂
Seriously loving those sandals! And I agree with an above commenter, the skirt is really cute (sorry you got cold though!). Very good choices this week!
