Gap Factory just kicked off their Summer Cyber Event, and it’s the perfect time to refresh your wardrobe with affordable, on-trend pieces you can wear now and right into fall. I’ve created five stylish looks to whet your appetite, so to speak!

Gap Factory Summer Cyber Event Picks

These are the kinds of pieces you’ll reach for on repeat. They’re easy to mix and match, and perfect for that tricky summer-to-fall transition. Best of all, everything is 60% off plus free shipping with code GFSHIP through 7/28! And to sweeten the deal, you’ll get an extra 10% off your order at checkout! (Exclusions apply.)

Matching Set: Sweater Tank + Sweater Skirt

This sweater tank and skirt combo is one of those effortless sets that makes getting dressed a breeze. The soft 100% cotton knit feels light and breathable, and the scalloped edges on the tank’s neckline add a subtle feminine touch. Style them together for a polished, put-together look, or mix and match the pieces to get even more mileage from your closet.

Twist-Strap Midi Dress in 4 Colors

This twist-strap midi dress is breezy and fun for hot summer days, but it also layers perfectly with a cardigan or denim jacket when you need a little extra coverage. I love the twist-strap design and the mix of a soft stretch jersey top with a smooth poplin skirt. With four gorgeous colors to choose from, you might want more than one!

The Modern Denim Vest

The longer length and sleek lines of this denim vest feel so fresh and on trend right now, and I love the flattering V-neck and cutaway design. I styled it with crisp white pull-on utility jeans for a modern, summery vibe, but it works just as well with richer tones as we head into fall.

Open-Stitch Collared Cardigan + Wide-Leg Jeans

Lightweight, breathable, and undeniably chic—this open-stitch collared cardigan is the perfect update to a classic. I layered it over a black cami and paired it with wide-leg jeans for a look that’s polished yet relaxed. These jeans come in short, regular, and long lengths; and they have a versatile medium indigo wash with just the right amount of fading and whiskering for that comfy, lived-in feel.

Monochrome Outfit: Black Blouse + Black Jeans

An all-black outfit never goes out of style, and it’s a look I never get tired of. This pairing with a lace ruffle top and sleek black straight leg jeans is a foolproof base for adding pops of color or metallic accessories.

The top is made of a smooth cotton knit with allover lace detailing. I love the short cap sleeves trimmed with ruffles, and the button front with shirring and pintuck details adds a feminine, pretty touch. It’s the perfect contrast to the more rugged black denim. These jeans come in short, regular, and long lengths and are made of comfy stretch denim for all-day ease.

  1. What are your thoughts on the joggers with the elastic bottoms? I heard someone say on instagram that they are outdated! However I do like my Vuori joggers and other pieces like you’ve shown above. Are we dating ourselves if we still wear that style?
Glad your daughter is home safe and sound!

    1. Karen….. I have the green color jigger style or maybe they have some barrel to them from gap factory that don’t have the tie waist but zipper and hook closure. I like them. I think with the right top and sandals they are very modern. I also follow Cyndi Spivey and she styled them and wears them. I’d go for what you like.

        1. Great thank you!
I think I remember Cyndi styling those as well!
I must look into the newer barrel cut it might be the difference of looking more current.

  2. I really like these pieces, especially for transitioning into Fall. I heard someone say on Instagram the other day that the joggers with the elastic bottom are looking dated. What are your thoughts about this? Glad your daughter made it home safe and sound.

  3. Thanks for all the eye candy & ideas to style our clothes. I love Gap too. My daughter is a Gap girl too. We ordered some yesterday . I got the lace ruffle top in pink as I have the navy blue already and love it so much! Fits me to T in xs so I would say it runs small unless I’m growing bone already since taking shots for that. I am usually an XSP. She got a zip hoodie in purple candy. I see alot more you found and will look thru all your suggestions . Thanks so much for posting these for us! You do such an amazing job for your viewers!

  4. I have the denim jacket with the big front pockets and love it. However, the arms were long on me so I had them tailored. She was able to keep the same hem look. It’s perfect weight and feels more modern from the traditional denim jacket style. I got it on sale awhile back. Glad Becca is home safe. Have fun today/tonight.

  5. I’m glad that Becca got home without any issues. Boy, GAP Factory has so many great pieces at affordable prices. I don’t see me not placing an order.

  6. I like a lot here! Question: do you have a suggestion on what clothing designer bra to wear with that dress?

  7. I had to really study this–I like the dress but that cardigan is so cute and practical! I ordered it! There’s an extra % off right now besides the sale price–that and free shipping–how can you beat that! I hope I like it! Thanks Jo-Lynne–for doing a gap post–their prices are more in line with me–even tho I will splurge elsewhere if I LOVE it (:

  8. Hi Jo-Lynne………..I did this black outfit in navy with the same blouse in navy that you have pictured upbove from Gap & it worked out great with a nude shoe. & my new NYD J in Sheri Slim Straight ankle with rolled cuffs. It really adds height and that blouse I have gotten tons of compliments on. Thanks for giving me the thought & telling me you thought it would work out good! Bonnie
