Good Monday afternoon! I don’t think I’ve ever posted so late in the day on a Monday. Busy, busy!
I have made major progress in the last week. My knee is finally beginning to heal. I mean, I am sure it was healing the first week, but it didn’t much feel like it. I can finally bear weight and bend. I ran yesterday and did TRX this morning. It felt SO GOOD.
The weather here in Philly is positively GLORIOUS. It’s in the eighties today. WOO!!
AND . . . {spoken like my 6-year-old} do you like my new outfit!?? I dressed up the blog for spring! If you read via email or an RSS reader, click on over and check me out!
Meanwhile, we have to eat. SO!

Glad to hear your knee is feeling better! I’ve shared an easy, generic tutorial on making seed and nut butters on the cheap 🙂
I love the new springy colors and pics on the blog!!
love the blog’s spring outfit 🙂 (it seems a cup of coffee, glass of wine, or some other yummy drink often makes the row of pics… and that’s why I love you!)
LOL. Yeah, I do love my drinks!!! One of life’s simple pleasures!! (And probably also why I can’t lose those last 5 lbs. HA!)
