Holiday Gift Ideas for the Woman Who Has Everything
By popular demand, my gift guide for the woman who has everything is here!
I was joking with my husband that this is more or less Jo-Lynne’s Favorite Things combined with Jo-Lynne’s Christmas Wishlist.
In all seriousness, I probably am the world’s worst person to shop for. I can justify almost any purchase in the name of blog research, and because I’m online all the time, I know when things are the best price, so I often grab them rather than waiting for someone to gift it to me.
But I suppose that makes me the ideal person to write this post!
So here are a slew of gift ideas for the woman who has everything… grouped by price point, for your shopping convenience.
Gift Ideas for Her {$50 and under}
Laneige lip sleeping mask ($20) // I reviewed this product for a Sephora sponsored post, and since then, I’ve noticed everyone recommending it. I have to say, it IS worth the hype. I use it every night, and it’s definitely helped my lips not get so dry and peely this winter.
Available at Amazon and Sephora.
Tervis Tumbler ($14) // Friends fans, this is for you! Not a Friends fan? There are TONS of other fun designs available in a Tervis tumbler, and they also have wine glasses, mugs, stainless coffee tumblers, and more.
Shop all Tervis Tumblers.
slip pure silk scrunchies ($25) // Silk scrunchies are supposed to be so much better for your hair than regular elastics, and if you sleep in them, you can style your hair and go the next morning.
I don’t have any myself, but I think this little scrunchie bauble is too cute for words, and makes a great gift for someone who seems to have everything. Even if she has these, she can probably use more.
Available at Neiman Marcus.
Kennebunk Bliss Plush Throw ($39) // This has gone in every gift guide I’ve written so far, and it will probably go in the rest of them too. It’s super soft, comes in tons of colors, and it’s a great price point.
Only at Nordstrom.
Victoria Emerson bracelet ($25-50) // This is just an example of all the gorgeous Victoria Emerson bracelets there are to choose from, and these make lovely gifts. If you wait, she will probably run another sale before Christmas.
Shop all Victoria Emerson bracelets.
fingerless cashmere gloves ($45) // Why are fingerless gloves so much cooler than regular gloves? I have no idea, but they are.
If you’re not a fan, they have touchscreen-friendly cashmere gloves as well. Both of these come in tons of colors.
I also think this fleece-lined pair is super cute for $19.
Anthropologie Capri Blue jarred candle ($24) // I love giving candles as gifts… probably because I love getting them! We almost always have a candle burning in the kitchen (right now it’s pumpkin.)
These Capri Blue from Anthro smell wonderful AND they’re pretty. This spiced cider candle is 20% off right now at Nordstrom, and they have other scents as well.
Available at Nordstrom and Anthropologie.
L’Occitane Cleansing & Softening Almond Shower Oil ($25) // I love this stuff and have for years. It’s always in my shower — I use it as a shower gel and as a shaving cream.
It smells sooooo good, and it’s moisturizing too. I still need body lotion, as I’m a scaly reptile in the winter, but I like to think this shower oil helps matters just a smidge.
Also available in the 8.4 oz at Sephora, as well as in a convenient 2.5 oz travel size for $9.50 (perfect for a stocking stuffer.)
And QVC even has this cool trio for $49 with the 2.5 oz travel size, a 16.9-fl oz jumbo-size with pump (so convenient in the shower), AND a 16.9-fl oz jumbo-size Almond Shower Oil Refill. That is DEFINITELY the best value.
Available at Amazon, Sephora, and QVC.
Clarity Truffle Cases ($40 — 50) // I love these so much, I have one in every size. I use them in my tote bags to help compartmentalize all my purse stuff, and I use them when I travel to house cords and chargers and beauty products. They’re TSA compliant and so much classier than Ziplock bags.
Another great option from Truffle is this jetset cosmetics case — perfect for makeup and TSA compliant.
Available at Truffle and Nordstrom.
Wine Tote ($39) // Okay, this one is kind of a joke, but I think it would be hilarious for the right person… or as a White Elephant gift. It comes in other color/patterns too.
Available at Amazon.
Anthropologie Bistro monogram mug ($10) // Isn’t this mug gorgeous!?! Such an elegant gift for the friend who loves hot beverages… Whether it be coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, it’s more fun to enjoy in a pretty mug.
In fact, Anthropologie is a treasure-grove of unique and affordable gift ideas, and I love that they are carried at Nordstrom, where I can get free shipping and rack up more Nordy Club points. Check out more Anthro gifts under $50 at Nordstrom.
Gift Ideas for Her {$100 and under}
UGG Ansley slippers ($100) // I have and love these I wear them constantly when I’m at home. They are so luxe and soft, and they’re fine to wear outdoors to get the mail… just don’t wear them beyond your front yard, okay?
Available at Nordstrom, REI, Bloomingdales, and Backcountry.
PJ Salvage pajamas ($98) // A girl can never have too many pairs of pajamas, am I right??? PJ Salvage is one of my favorite brands. Their designs are cute, and they’re so soft and comfortable.
Available at Nordstrom.
slip for beauty pure silk pillow case ($85) // Once you go silk, you can never go back! It’s more gentle on your face and hair, and it just feels and looks luxurious. I’ve been using one for several years now, and I finally bought a backup to have when the other is in the wash.
Available at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Amazon.
Colleen Rothschild cleansing balm ($65) // If I’ve talked about this once, I’ve talked about it 100 times. This cleansing balm smells sooooo good, and it feels so luxurious. Plus it gets rid of my makeup gently and without stripping my skin.
I still use another face wash afterwards on days when I wear makeup (I’m a huge fan of double cleansing) but this cleansing balm is a great first step. I also love that it comes with a cleansing cloth.
Available at Colleen Rothschild Beauty and Neiman Marcus.
Everlane cashmere v-neck ($100) // I love all of Everlane’s $100 cashmere, but the v-neck is probably my favorite for both layering and wearing alone. They’re excellent quality, and the company is one that I love to support.
These sweaters run true to size, or you can size up for a more relaxed fit.
Only at at Everlane.
Everlane cashmere scarf $98) // This is my favorite scarf; I wear it with just about everything in the winter. (I have the grey, but isn’t this red gorgeous? It comes in tons of colors.)
I usually wear it as outerwear, but it’s thin enough to wear indoors if it’s chilly and it still looks like your outfit. It’s such nice quality for the price point — still a splurge, but not too crazy.
Only at Everlane.
Gift Ideas for Her {$200 and under}
Cuyana leather travel case set ($120) // These leather makeup bags are gorgeous… although it makes me cringe to think of getting makeup stains inside.
I have a set, and I use the small one in my handbag for lipstick and face powder and a few odds and ends like that, and I use the larger one for random things when I travel.
Only at Cuyana.com.
Barefoot Dreams cardi ($116) // These cardigans have a cult-following, and for good reason. They are about the softest thing I’ve ever put on my person.
I do not wear mine out and about; I wear mine as loungewear over my pajamas, or with a sweater and joggers on the weekends, but some people do wear them out. It depends on your comfort level and personal style. They’re certainly cute enough — think leggings and UGGs.
Sometimes they go on sale — QVC runs deals at times, and this one is on sale right now at Nordstrom.
Barefoot Dreams cardigans are available at Nordstrom and QVC.
UGG Quincy boots ($169) // These boots are on trend, luxuriously soft, and oh-so-warm. I have and love them, and my daughters are so jealous. They also come in black. I recommend sizing up a half size.
Available at Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Zappo’s, and Lord + Taylor
Apple AirPods ($135) // Not just popular with teens… these are a fun and useful gift for anyone with an iPhone.
The best price I found on Apple AirPods this weekend is at Amazon, but these are also available at Apple, Kohl’s, and Target.
simplehuman sensor lighted makeup mirror ($199) // This is one of those things I never knew I needed, and now I don’t know how I ever lived without it. It automatically lights up as your face approaches, then turns off after you walk away, and it’s great for putting on makeup and seeing how it looks in “natural” light.
I also love that this one has touch control so you can adjust the brightness.
Available at Amazon, Nordstrom, Ulta, and Kohl’s.
Orolay Women’s Thickened Down Jacket; a.k.a. The Amazon Coat ($139 — $159) // This coat is arguably the most sought-after gift of the season… well, this and the Dyson hairdryer probably tie for first place.
Last year it sold out, so if someone on your wish list wants one, or you’re looking to treat yo’ self, I wouldn’t wait around for too long. I tried it and found it true to size. The small fit me fine once I unzipped the sides a bit.
Only at Amazon.
Splurge-Worthy Gift Ideas for Her {$200 and over}
Lagos necklace ($250) // This Lagos love knot is my current favorite necklace, it’s so pretty in a v-neck top. In fact, Lagos has lots of gorgeous sterling silver jewelry that make lovely and thoughtful gifts.
FUN FACT: Steven Lagos formed his company at the age of 20 in downtown Philadelphia, and his flagship store is in Rittenhouse Square in Philly. I really need to visit sometime!
Everlane The Premium Cashmere Mockneck ($228) // Last winter when I did a sponsored post with Everlane, they accidentally sent me one of their premium cashmere pieces rather than the less expensive one I had requested, and I was blown away by the quality and attention to detail.
This year, they brought out a similar sweater — this limited-edition cashmere mockneck made of Grade-A Mongolian cashmere with a unique ribbed texture. This is definitely a luxurious gift for a special woman in your life or a great excuse to treat yo’ self! (This sweater in the loden green just went on my Christmas wish list. I hope Santa is reading…)
Dyson hairdryer gift set with stand ($320 with Amazon Prime) // You knew I had to include this, right??? This highly sought-after gift sold out last year, so I wouldn’t wait around if you’re planning to buy one.
Burberry scarf ($470) // This is an iconic wardrobe classic a woman can keep for years and then pass down to someone special. If she already has this traditional archive beige, there are a bunch of other pretty plaids to choose from. I’m personally crushing on that stone.
FYI, Burberry scarves are currently on sale at SSense. You can trust this retailer; I’ve ordered from them before.
Stuart Weitzman Lowland Boots ($675 on sale at Bloomies) // These popular over-the-knee boots are actually on sale at Bloomingdale’s right now. You can get $125 off, which is pretty good for this brand. These boots are perfect for wearing over jeans and leggings all winter long.
I could keep going, but it’s time for dinner, haha! I really hope it’s helpful.

You ask for opinions and ask questions and try to engage on your Instagram account yet you never answer. Is there a reason you never respond?
I have no idea what you are talking about. I respond to every message I get that is a question. If I miss one here and there, it’s because I forget to come back to it. I can be accused of a lot of things, but not responding to my readers is surely not one of them. 😉
ummmmm. I thought the same thing, Jo-Lynne! You interact on Instagram and on your blog more than any other blogger I follow!!!! And I’m looking forward to “seeing” you on your Facebook Live starting up[ in December!
OK
Jo-Lynne has responded to me every time I’ve contacted her, sometimes crazy fast! If she didn’t respond, it was an oversight.
Great list! I love how you list the price on your descriptions so we don’t have to open every link to see. I’ve noticed you do this on your widgets too in your normal posts. I’m sure it takes more time as many Bloggers don’t do this, but I really like it!
Thanks for that feedback, glad it’s helpful!
Never knew I needed a Burberry scarf but what gorgeous colors! Not a fan of the traditional beige, but some of them are to die for!
Right!?! I’ve been crushing on that Stone for a couple of years.
Thanks for the great list! There are even some wonderful stocking stuffer ideas included! I’d love to buy that Barefoot Dreams cardigan for my daughter and future daught-in-law. I’m scouring for sales, but if you happen to see it on sale somewhere, could you mention it in a post if you have time? I’ll keep looking, but I’d love a heads up on that one!
Sue, I have four Barefoot Dreams cardigans in different styles and colors and have given one as a gift, and bought them all over the years at QVC. They have special prices on them a lot. Watch the video of the presentation as well, very insightful. Worth a look!!
This was a fun post – love the variety of price points and that the prices are there. Very helpful!
Great list! Lots of good ideas in here. I might try that shower oil, and the Dyson hair dryer is tempting. My hair salon uses them though and they give a very sleek blowout that really lasts.
Hi JoLynne,
I love your blog and can’t wait to see it in my email everyday! I was looking for Coffee Talk this morning and was so relieved that this gift guide was there It is awesome. Thank you for all your hard work!!!!
Joy
Great Gift Guide! I want to look into Lagos jewelry. I hope Paul takes the “hint” for an item or two…WINK.!! We saw “Shrek the Musical” on Broadway many years ago, it was SO fun! I am sure you will enjoy it immensely at the WST today.
Great options at all price points.. I’m really liking the UGG slippers.. if they’re anything like their boots I would wear them all the time.. I put a small clear tote for in my purse on my stocking ideas.. seeing Shrek sounds like such fun!! Have a great time.
I do the same thing JoLynne. If I see something want, I buy it, especially if it’s on a good sale. My kids love the fact that I send them the link with color & size as a suggestion for a gift. It makes their shopping easy ( busy lives) and I get what I really want. Win/win. 😀
I’m sorry about Lin’s unfair comment. I’m sure it upset you, as you are great at responding to questions and comments.
Enjoy Shrek today!
My husband and I are 4 episodes into The Crown. The first one did take a bit getting used to with the new characters. I absolutely agree with you about Prince Philip-he’s perfect for the part. We are definitely enjoying this season as much as the other two. As usual loved your post. Your gift ideas are spot on.
You have worked so hard the last couple of days. I love your gift items. And I’m putting that mirror on my list. My poor old eyes need help with my far sight I don’t see up close. I do not do insta gram but I know on your daily posts and on your tribe page you are very quick to respond. I appreciate your efforts Jo Lynne. I hope you enjoy the musical Shrek. You will have to let us all know how you liked it. Have a wonderful Sunday. 🙂
Great guide! It’s so funny that you mentioned double washing your face because I recently started double washing my face as well. I use the Clinique face balm and I love it. Then, I wash with another facial cleanser. I didn’t even know that double washing was a thing until very recently but I’m so glad I found out about it. Washing with a balm first feels sooooo good!
I’m so glad you said it’s ok to wear barefoot dreams cardi out, even though you don’t. I saw my first one a couple of years ago at Estes Park and was so tempted to buy it but it simply wasn’t in the budget. It was worn with jeans when I first saw it. At the last N sale I bit the bullet and purchased two of the circle cardis. I was going to keep only one but I couldn’t part with either. Anyway, I wear mine out as well as inside and I have gotten so many compliments. It is warm and feels like you are surrounded my a hug. I’m so glad you mentioned it on your list.
Have a fantastic day.
This is a great list! Buying a few things, thank you!!
YAY! Glad to help!
If you’re looking high-quality moccasins and already have that kind of price range, check out Manitobah Mukluks. I’m not affiliated with them but I am a bit of an evangelist — it’s an Indigenous-owned business and their shoes are SO comfortable. Lots of companies sell moccasins and “Native-inspired” items but aren’t actually Native-owned…Manitobah is.
Good to know!
I love all your Christmas gift lists!! Thanks for working so hard to help make my life a little easier. I particularly appreciate ideas in various price points. Thanks again for all the time and work put into them.
So glad it’s helpful!
Can you recommend an eyeshadow palette and also a perfume to give as gifts?
This palette is supposedly in high demand: https://shopstyle.it/l/baQWe
I’m not a big perfume person, but Joe Malone seems to be a trendy one: https://shopstyle.it/l/baQW8
