Saks return policy is terrible. You have to wait 45 days to receive credit. There are complaints all over the internet which I didn’t see until they kept stringing me along. I’ll never purchase from them again for this reason. Sad—especially from a large upscale company.
Yes, the website states 30 days for your return to process but in actuality there’s another 15 days after that before you receive your credit. I found that out after many calls to customer service. Not sure why they don’t state the truth on their return policy.
Agreed—I just waited 21 days after my return was confirmed as received to get the refund.
I can vouch for the rag&bone Miramar trucker jacket. I love mine and how it’s so supple in its fabrication!
As others have mentioned Saks is notorious for terrible return handling which discourages me from shopping them on line…. So I’ll typically ask Nordstrom to price match if they haven’t already!

Our family is going to Europe this summer. What sneakers and sandals would you recommend to wear walking all on the cobblestones? I know we will be doing a lot of walking and I anticipate that it will be hot weather. This is a trip of a lifetime for all of us! Thank you for any suggestions!
We were in Italy last September, and I wore my Hoka tennis shoes (Gaviota) and I am so glad I did as I have finicky feet. Even walking in my Hokas I could still “feel” the cobblestones a tad! I did take supportive sandals mainly it was tennis shoes or sometimes my Ecco sneakers. We traveled with another couple and my friend wore her tennis shoes too-Saucony. hope that helps! When I went to Italy 2 years ago, I wore these Taos sneakers and these Naot sandals almost exclusively. I also brought my Tory Burch Miller sandals, as I always like to travel with a flip flop I can slide on to go down to the lobby to grab coffee or keep my feet off the hotel floor.
