Finally, a semi-normal week to look forward to! I might actually achieve my menu plan this week. Only time will tell. Meanwhile, I hope I can will help inspire YOUR dinner prep with these tried and true recipes.

MONDAY: pan-fried pork chops, Gluten-Free Mac & Cheesecollard greens

TUESDAY: chicken with olives a la Pioneer Woman with gluten-free linguine and a salad

WEDNESDAY: Grilled Shrimp and Yellow Grits Over Sauteed Swiss Chard via Cooking with Erin

THURSDAY: Rosemary Baked Chicken Thighs with mashed potatoes and Simple Sautéed Spinach

FRIDAY: take out

SATURDAY: Hamburger Soup with salad
