TUESDAY: Zucchini Pasta with Bacon & Mushroom Cream Sauce and Against the Grain dinner rolls

WEDNESDAY: Company Pot Roast

THURSDAY: Fall Quinoa Pilaf and a side salad

FRIDAY: Friday Night Chili with corn muffins (trying a GF version this week! will let you know how it goes)

SATURDAY: Herbed Chicken Rosé with sautéed swiss chard and baked new potatoes

  1. We love zucchini pasta that way, too! I do a dairy free alfredo sauce that’s similar, but I’m also loving it with garlic, tomatoes and mushrooms in a lighter sauce right now, too.

  2. Jo-Lynne, the new look is fabulous! I love it! I’ve been out of the loop as far as posting recipes goes the last 2 weeks but have a wonderful one that I’ve shared today. It’s a tasty change to our traditional side dishes or dessert. Hope you enjoy and have a great week!
