{Gluten Free} Weekly Menu 02.18.13

It is coooooold here on the East Coast. Are you managing to stay warm??? This is the perfect week to feast on pot roast and soup and all sorts of comfort foods.

MONDAY: Company Pot Roast

TUESDAY: Rosemary Baked Chicken Thighs with rice and Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower

WEDNESDAY: gluten-free enchiladas (recipe to come!!)

THURSDAY: pan fried pork chops, Gluten-Free Mac & Cheese and a side salad

FRIDAY: Bacon & Mushroom Cream Sauce over Zucchini Pasta

SATURDAY: takeout

The first one is one how to find local foods in winter, and the second is a recipe for making dill pickles using winter watermelon radish! They super fast and very tasty.

  2. I added your gluten free mac and cheese recipe to my Pinterest board of recipes I’m trying each week. I forgot I have a bag of gf pasta from Trader Joe’s. I love how you put tomato slices on top of yours!
