MONDAY: Company Pot Roast
TUESDAY: Rosemary Baked Chicken Thighs with rice and Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower
WEDNESDAY: gluten-free enchiladas (recipe to come!!)
THURSDAY: pan fried pork chops, Gluten-Free Mac & Cheese and a side salad
FRIDAY: Bacon & Mushroom Cream Sauce over Zucchini Pasta
SATURDAY: takeout

I added your gluten free mac and cheese recipe to my Pinterest board of recipes I’m trying each week. I forgot I have a bag of gf pasta from Trader Joe’s. I love how you put tomato slices on top of yours!
