Eyelet Off-the-Shoulder Top Outfit with Lucky Brand
Good morning, friends? How’s the weekend treating you so far? I’m teaming up with Lucky Brand again today to share a “dressed-up casual” off-the-shoulder outfit for spring. I love pairing blue jeans with a cute top and heels. It’s so easy to wear, but it always works and looks cute and put together.
Lucky Brand is known for their denim, but they have a lot of cute options for tops. I ordered a few in consideration for this post, but the second I put on this eyelet off-the-shoulder top, I knew it was the one I wanted to feature.
The eyelet detail is so pretty, the length hits right at my sweet spot, and believe it or not, it actually stays in place. So many off-the-shoulder tops require you tug at them constantly to keep them down, but this one sort of settles right on the edge of the shoulders, and you can easily wiggle it down a bit more if you want to.
I actually wish I had pulled mine down a bit lower on the top of my arms; it’s hard to adjust your clothes on a street corner without a mirror and get them looking just right, and I definitely didn’t want it too low. I’m not a fan of the off-the-shoulder looks that are almost falling off. The nice thing about this top is, it allows you to show or hide as much shoulder as you like, depending on your personal preference.
I paired the shirt with these Brooke Legging Jeans. I think I have them in almost every color now! I went for a lighter wash this time because I liked the contrast against the navy top. They have a comfortable 9″ rise, and they’re made with an ultra luxe stretch fabrication that makes them super stretchy and comfortable to wear all day, and they don’t bag out.
My jewelry is Lucky Brand too. These pearl drop earrings and coordinating link bracelet make a pretty contrast against the navy and denim, and right now all Lucky Brand jewelry is Buy One, Get One 50% off through Monday, 3/27.
I’ve been eyeing similar lace-up styles, but I couldn’t find a pair I truly loved until I laid my eyes on these Tafia heels. First of all, they are gorgeous, as all Lucky Brand shoes are made with high quality leather, but they are also incredibly comfortable. I could seriously have walked around in them all day. Of course, I would have come home with frostbite, but that’s another issue. #whereisspring?
And the bag is just perfection. If you’ve been reading here long, you know I’m a sucker for a leather hobo, and this one has a bit of a rock-and-roll vibe that I love. This brindle color is perfect for pairing with all the grey and taupe shoes in my wardrobe.
