Athleta makes some of my favorite activewear for workouts and runs, as well as my go-to Pranayama Wrap for lounging or throwing on over pajamas in the mornings. It’s lightweight and super soft, with extra-long sleeves and thumbholes, and it washes and wears beautifully without shrinking.

The Aire Puffer Jacket is perfect for wearing to and from the gym, but it’s also polished enough to wear with jeans and sneakers or even ankle boots for weekend errands. I also love the Momentum Seamless Top as a base layer under jackets and sweatshirts.
