I’ve never bought anything off QVC. My cousin buys everything from them. I love the fluffy throw. Great price for that brand.
Does anyone have a tip on how to reach QVC customer service other than 888-345-5788? I am having an issue trying to place an order and when I called, it was stated I had to give my name and contact info to be sent a $100.00 voucher good at over 800 retail stores. I would also be sent details about the program and could keep the voucher even if I didn’t join the program.
I told the person I wasn’t interested in the voucher and simply wanted QVC customer service. I was told I would not be sent to QVC unless I gave my info first. I finally hung up because of the persistence on their end. I also wasn’t able to chat. It was basically a chat bot that a human never joined. Very disappointing.
You may have dialed incorrectly. Scammers get similar numbers hoping people dial incorrectly and use the information provided to steal their identity. Hanging up was the right thing to do. You can always try again to see if you can reach QVC. Good luck!
