MONDAY: Bacon & Mushroom Cream Sauce over Zucchini Pasta (I’m very excited that it’s soon going to be zucchini season again!)
TUESDAY: Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole with a side salad
WEDNESDAY: Buffalo burgers on the grill using this Gourmet Burger recipe, baked beans, and Simple Sautéed Spinach
THURSDAY: Linguine with Shrimp Scampi with a side salad
FRIDAY: Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Collard Greens
SATURDAY: leftovers
