I’m back home . . . for the time being. We head to Virginia on Friday, and then we’ll be home little over a week before we go to Avalon, New Jersey for a few days. This summer has been a whirlwind of travel, that’s all I know. Meanwhile, here’s my menu plan for this week. I hope it gives you some meal planning inspiration.
MONDAY: Kielbasa on the grill with oven roasted squash
TUESDAY: Chicken Piccata with Warm Potato Salad and roasted broccoli
WEDNESDAY: Tilapia Parmesan with rice and beets
THURSDAY: Beef Brisket with mashed potatoes and a side salad
FRIDAY: traveling again!
What are you eating this week?
