Happy snowy Sunday!! We’re enjoying the wintry weather here in Philly today. How about you??? This week is a bit CRAY CRAY with all the events we have scheduled. We’ll do our best to keep to our meal plan!
MONDAY: spaghetti (we like Tinkyada) with meat sauce (I need something easy, as I will be going out in the evening)
TUESDAY: Hamburger Soup with rolls (my daughter’s school Christmas program is that night)
WEDNESDAY: Kielbasa Pepper Pasta with a salad
THURSDAY: leftover hamburger soup (I have an event!)
FRIDAY: Pan-Roasted Pork Loin with Leeks, Parmesan Baked Swiss Chard Stems, mashed potatoes
SATURDAY: apps and snacks (hosting a party!) I’ll probably make Buffalo Chicken Dip and Spinach Balls and then see what others bring!
What are you eating this week?

The kielbasa looks good; I’ll have try it, although I have a feeling I may be the only one who would like it. It’s cold with just a dusting of snow here in Ohio up by Lake Erie. Today, I made sweet potato cookies as well as lesson planning for next week.
Really? My family LOVES that dish. Try it! 🙂 And sweet potato cookies sound intriguing…

I love that pan roasted pork recipe – from Cooking Light right? I’ve been making it for years and just love the flavor of the leeks with the fall apart pork!
YES! Now that you mention it, I do believe that is where I got it. 🙂
