Good morning and happy “hump day” to all of you! The Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale just launched, and they have a ton of new additions to their sale section!

Not to be confused with the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, which is coming up in July, their Half Yearly Sale is a clearance sale.

There are lots of good deals on spring and winter items as they clear the racks for new summer styles, but inventory does move fast so don’t wait around to check out.

I noticed some good Caslon pieces on sale, so if you’re in need of casual summer essentials, they’re worth checking out. I also found a bunch of shorts and sandals on sale, and there are some good basics if you need bras and underwear. And don’t forget the guys!

What to Buy at the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale

Caslon Cotton Blend Twill Shorts (Up to 20% off select items) // These are good classic shorts, and they come in tons of colors. I find them to run a bit small; if in doubt, order two sizes and return the ones that don’t fit.

Treasure & Bond Ruched Side Sleeveless Dress (Up to 40% off select items) // This dress is a classic in the Nordstrom lineup, and for good reason. It is so flattering and pairs easily with sneakers or sandals. Throw a denim jacket on top for an extra layer. I like to size up to a medium in this dress.

Good American Good Classic Bootcut Jeans (30% off) // These jeans have a nice high rise that holds in all the fluff, and they’re the perfect medium blue wash. The raw hem makes them easy to adjust to your ideal length.

KUT from the Kloth Gidget Cut-Off Shorts (33% off) // These easy cut-offs have a 4″ inseam, and they have just enough stretch to be comfortable but hold their shape. They’re true to size, or size down if in between.

Sam Edelman Griffin Slides (Up to 30% off select items) // These sandals are really comfortable for a flat slide, and they come in a bunch of colors. This brown is not on sale, but I love that Riviera Blue, and the Black is always good to have.

Dolce Vita Paily Braided Sandals (8) // One of my favorite summer sandals… so comfortable and cute. These come in TONS of colors; size up if in between. They also have a lower heel version, if that appeals to you.

Halogen Raw Edge Tank (Up to 59% off select items) // This woven tank is a really nice base layer with an easy fit that skims the body without clinging, and it’s on sale in quite a few colors. I also have it in the solid black. It’s true to size; I’m wearing the small.
