Viral Beauty Products to try

TULA

Skin Care Eye Balm Gold Glow

This one’s been popping up everywhere lately. It’s supposed to give a cooling effect and a soft golden glow under the eyes—kind of like a highlighter-meets-eye treatment. I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks like a nice option for brightening up tired eyes, especially on no-makeup days.

Megababe

Après Shave Roll-On Treatment

This is meant to help calm irritation and prevent ingrown hairs after shaving or waxing. The roll-on applicator makes it super easy to use—especially on areas like the bikini line or underarms.

Jolie Skin

Filtered Showerhead

I’ve been hearing a lot about this sleek showerhead that filters out chlorine and heavy metals—things that can be harsh on skin and hair. It’s a bit of an investment, but if it helps with smoother hair and softer skin, it might be worth it.

Touchland

Power Mist Hydrating Hand Sanitizer

This chic little spray has been everywhere lately. It comes in fun scents, dries quickly, and actually feels good on your hands. I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks like a great one to toss in your bag and go.

TELETIES

Large Flat Round Clip

I’ve been using this one a lot lately—it’s perfect for casual hair days or when I need to clip up big sections while blow drying. It holds really well without pulling and feels super lightweight. Definitely a good one to have on hand if you’ve got thick or long hair.

Wonderskin

Lip Stain Peel Off and Reveal Kit

This lip stain has been making waves lately—you apply a blue masque, spritz the activator, and peel it off to reveal a vibrant, transfer-proof color that lasts for hours. It’s such a fun twist on lip color! I’m curious about the staying power and love that it comes in a bunch of pretty shades.

LONDONTOWN

Illuminating Nail Concealer

This polish has been popping up everywhere lately. It's designed to give your nails a natural, healthy glow while concealing imperfections like yellowing or discoloration. The formula is sheer but buildable, so you can customize the coverage. Plus, it's infused with nourishing ingredients like porcelain flower extract and botanical oils to support nail health.

Neutrogena

Makeup Remover Eraser Stick

I love the idea of this—it's like a magic eraser for makeup mistakes. Great for cleaning up mascara smudges or fixing eyeliner without having to start over. Super handy to keep in your makeup bag for quick touch-ups.

TailaiMei

Color Removal Cleaner Sponge

This little sponge is a game-changer for eyeshadow lovers. Just swipe your brush over it, and it removes the color instantly—no water or soap needed. It's perfect for switching shades without having to clean your brush each time. Compact and reusable, it's a handy tool to have in your makeup kit

Almay

Eye Makeup Remover Pads

I’ve used these for years—they’re gentle, effective, and great for getting off waterproof eye makeup. They recently updated the formula to be biodegradable, which I appreciate.

LANEIGE

Water Sleeping Mask

This cult-favorite overnight mask is a game-changer for dry or dull skin. Its lightweight gel texture absorbs quickly, delivering hydration with ingredients like squalane and niacinamide. My skin feels so soft and hydrated when I wake up and rinse it off in the morning.

Band-Aid

Hydro Seal Waterproof All Purpose Adhesive Bandages

These bandaids have become a staple in my first aid kit when I travel. They're waterproof and cushiony, and they stay put even through showers and workouts, so perfect for protecting blisters or really any minor abrasion. Plus, they blend in nicely with the skin, so they aren't super noticeable.

KERASTASE Paris

Resistance Ciment Thermique Conditioner

I’ve used this for years—it’s one of the best leave-ins I’ve found for protecting my hair when I blow dry. It helps smooth and strengthen without weighing it down, and a little goes a long way. Definitely a staple in my routine.

Laura Mercier

Caviar Tightline Eyeliner

I’ve been using this one for a while now, and it’s a staple in my routine. The gel formula glides on easily—no tugging—and it’s perfect for tightlining. It lasts all day, doesn’t smudge, and it’s gentle enough for sensitive eyes.

L'Oreal Paris

Makeup Le Shadow Stick Eyeshadow

I keep seeing these creamy shadow sticks that you swipe them on and smudge with your fingers—so quick and easy. With both matte and shimmer options, they seem like an easy way to add a little color without much fuss.

Catrice

Under Eye Brightener

I keep hearing good things about this one—it’s supposed to help cancel out blue or purple undertones without creasing or feeling heavy. The finish looks natural and brightening, and at this price point, it seems like a great option to try if you want to perk up the under-eye area without spending a ton.

That’s what’s on my radar right now—some new (and not-so-new) beauty finds that have caught my eye. A few of these are already part of my routine, and others I’m just curious to try. If you’ve used any of them, I’d love to hear your thoughts—or let me know what beauty products you’ve been loving lately!

  1. How exciting to be heading to England. Are you going as a family ? I think I missed this somewhere along the way.
    Hope your allergies improve🙏

  2. I can’t recommend the Kur polish enough. Love it, it’s legitimate! And I even had my sister start using it. Totally recommend.

  3. I can’t recommend the Kur polish enough. Love it, it’s legitimate! And I even had my sister start using it. Totally recommend.

Also, safe travels to my home country. Can’t wait to hear what you ended up wearing, what you wished you brought, and what you absolutely didn’t need.
    Enjoy!!

  4. Thanks for all the great info! I was wondering what size you are wearing in the Gap Factory linen skirt and vest? I’ve been trying so many vests to get the correct fit! Thanks so much! Are you using anything new with fragrance in your house? Seems like it might be there somewhere. Hopefully it won’t bother you in England! Looking forward to pictures from your trip!

    1. Safe travels and hope you feel better when you wake up on the morning. Can’t wait to see pics and hope you have a wonderful trip!

  5. I bought the Catrice Eye Brightener. I don’t have dark circles, just deep-set eyes. This does make my under eye area look brighter without any creasing. A little goes a long way, and I wear it under a small amount of concealer.

    1. I agree this is a great product. I’ve bed. Usu b about 9 months & it helps a lot w/my dark circles!! It’s inexpensive & a great product to have in your make up bag!!

  6. I have the Jolie shower head and I absolutely love it! It’s definitely worth the investment. Have a great trip and safe travels.

  7. I love the Touchland hand sanitizer sprays! I keep one in all my bags. So great for when out to dinner after touching the menus!

  8. Since you said you felt better when leaving the house, I wonder if you’re allergies are from all the clothes you buy. All new clothes have chemicals in them to make them look crisp and protect from insects. I wanted to know why new clothes are so nice and wrinkle free when new but once you wash them they’re not the same. So I did a Google search. I forgot what they call the spray they use on them to make them look crisp. I know with your job you can’t wash the clothes but it’s recommended to wash new clothes before wearing them. I know some jeans have a chemical smell that’s hard to get rid of. I can go in some stores and smell the formaldehyde. It’s doesn’t happen to me anymore but whenever I would go into a mall my eyes would get red and watery. My doctor said we can develop allergies even with things we have been using for years. It’s happened to me with skin products. Just my thoughts. I hope you figure it out and get better.

    1. That’s why I ALWAYS wash new clothes before wearing them. It amazes me that some people don’t.

  9. I hope you have a wonderful trip. This trip has been on my bucket list for a long time.
I hope your allergies will take a rest for you. Nothing is any more annoying than a runny nose. Thank you for the Loft post. Have fun and be safe!

  10. Do you have scented candles or strong smelling flowers such as lilies? I became allergic to them a few years ago. I realized what was causing it once I left the house and felt fine. Removing the flowers settled it down and not having scented candles anymore 😢 solved my dilemma. There are even some stores that I walk into, then have to leave ie soaps…
    Safe travels to England!

    1. LIGHT DAWNS!!!! I think it’s my Mother’s Day flowers! They’re sitting on the counter RIGHT in front of me. That reminds me, this happened over the holidays, and I realized one day that it was our Christams tree. We took it out, and immediately I got better.

    2. I had the same thought about the allergies. I recently realized that a particular brand of scented hand sanitizer was causing mine—I handle cash at work & was using it frequently there but not elsewhere, & my sniffles disappeared when I left work. I’m glad it may be the flowers & not something harder to avoid! Enjoy your trip to England—I visited the Cotswold on a 50th birthday trip to the UK, & the area was lovely.

  11. I’ve been using the Londontown Probiotic and the Get Strong Nail Hardener for a couple months now and my natural nails are the healthiest they have been. Enjoy your trip to England.

  12. I’ve been using Londontown Kur polishes for quite awhile now. Both the Illuminating Nail Concealer and the Perfecting Nail Veil are really nice. They leave the nails looking smooth with a subtle hue and a nice sheen. The variety of neutral colors are lovely, too.
I now often use the Kur products more than the other brands. Recommended!

  13. I like the Almay, oil free, makeup remover for vacations. When I’m packaging with a carry-on only, I take what I need and put in a small plastic bag. That way I don’t have the big container in my luggage.

  14. We have a well, with fairly hard water. We have a filter in the garage, but sometimes some minerals and sand still get through, and also can affect the pressure. I’ve had yellow places in my hair in the past, where the water hits it the most. I don’t color my hair. It’s naturally blonde with some gray beginning to come. Anyway, after trying several shower heads, I finally found one I like, also sold on Amazon. It is the Makonda Filtered Shower Head with Handheld & High Pressure Ion Drops Shower Head with 75″Stainless Hose for Hard Water. It comes with little filters (10 of them!) you can change out. There’s a little window where you can see if it needs to be changed. I am happy with the pressure (3 settings) as well. The price is only $32.99!

  15. I love the black(?) outfit you have on in today’s post…can you send me the details?
    Safe travels!!

  16. I use the Catrice pink under eye brightener and I love it! I won’t go without it. I do put a little of my color corrector under my eye and then pat the Catrice pink just in the inner corner. I dust a teeny tiny bit of the Elf pink powder on top.
