Daily Mom Style Costa Rica Edition #FashionOver40
It’s also another smartphone edition since I didn’t bring my “good” camera to Costa Rica. In case you’re not up to date on my jet-set schedule, I was in Costa Rica for 5 days last week for a conference. SUCH an amazing trip! I have shared some about it already, and I plan to write dedicated travel posts for those who may be interested in traveling to Costa Rica some day! You can find all Costa Rica posts here.
Obviously these looks aren’t really going to offer you a ton of fall style inspiration, but at the end of this post, I have a super sweet deal for you for fall fashions. So stay tuned!
I’m not going to worry about product links because there aren’t links to most of what I wore, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask!
This was my conference attire. Seriously! So comfy. Love it!
I wore this to dinner the first night — I hope my necklace wasn’t askew the entire time!!
Another dinner outfit, my fave!!!
I hate that these indoor shots are so blurry. It gets dark at 5PM in Costa Rica so there’s no hope for getting my evening outfits in good light.
Another night, I wore my Athleta dress to dinner at a nearby restaurant.
Another day I wore this. I tried to get double duty out of some of my clothes.
And this was the night we went to Las Catalinas. I had my bathingsuit underneath. I bought this dress at our resort.
Here’s a photo from earlier in the day. Love this dress. So fun. I’ll definitely be bringing it to Turks & Caicos later this month!
I’ll be back next week with some fall fashions for you!
And speaking of fall fashions . . .
Style Me Pretty Challenge, Fall 2014

If you’re “fashion-challenged” and want someone to pretty much tell you what to wear and how to wear it, this is for you. I love the looks Alison puts together. Like this.
Alison has mastered the art of “casual chic” and with her help, you can to. You can do this challenge on any budget.
