MONDAY: Balsamic Glazed Drumsticks via Mark’s Daily Apple (hat tip to Practical Paleo) with Steamed Patty Pan Squash with Basil and Sweet Butter via Danielle at Poor and Gluten Free and a salad

TUESDAY: Salmon Burgers (from Wild for Salmon – bought at Farmer’s Market) with sautéed swiss chard (last harvest from our garden) and quinoa (in lieu of rice — not sure about this whole rice/arsenic thing, sigh . . . )

WEDNESDAY: Mahi Mahi with Rose Romanos Peppers, roasted new potatoes and zucchini/squash/eggplant skewers on the grill

THURSDAY: Chicken Chili with Sweet {Gluten Free} Cornbread via Heather at Home Ec 101

FRIDAY: leftovers (that chili recipes makes A LOT!)

SATURDAY: Mexican Lettuce Wraps
