The new website looks great! Very modern and elegant! Hope the transition hasn’t been too much of a pain. I was involved in a major software conversion in the hospital I used to work in (I’m a nurse not a computer tech!). It was a huge undertaking! There will always be something that doesn’t work, but I hope your team is able to smooth out kinks quickly. Hope it’s a relatively smooth and painless transition!
Yeah, website launches, especially when changing hosting providers, can be pretty stressful. My team is very responsive, and that’s reassuring.
I like the new design! I am going to take advantage of the bonus points days.

Hello from Canada. I love your new site. Have you tried denim from J Crew? I am wondering how they fit compared to Mother. I am generally a size 25 in Mother.
Hi Shelley, thanks! I have but not lately. I usually find their denim more stiff than MOTHER and other premium denim brands, but they make a nice pair of jeans.

Does the mini commando slip help with stomach roll? I wore the Spanx shorts (love) but for one dress had roll with it. I think the slip would have been better.
Also do you ever wear Wacoal or Spanx shorts (so glad I have both from your recommendations) under the commando slip or is that too much?
I do wear the slip over the shaping shorts; I feel like the slip helps the dress slide over the body without getting stuck in any cracks and crevices, ifyouknowwhatImean… So while it doesn’t really make the stomach roll go away, it doesn’t allow the dress to cling to it, which helps.

I bought Spanx and Wacoal shorts thanks to your posts….these make huge difference. For what types of dresses/occasions do you wear mini commando instead of the supportive shorts? Or do you ever wear both together?
I had occasion where I think Commando slip would have helped under dress so this post is good reminder to get it. The supprtive garmets are an upfront cost that pays for itself and helps to not get caught in situation you wished you had it!
