Sporty But Make It Fashion: Vuori Outerwear

** This post is sponsored by Vuori and Collective Voice.

The days are getting shorter, the mornings are getting cooler, and my performance apparel is getting a much-needed refresh for the change of seasons that is suddenly upon us!

Vuori has a new line of stylish and practical outerwear that’s perfect for topping off your favorite base layers, so you’ll be prepped and ready for all-weather workouts and walks this fall and winter.

Canyon Insulated Jacket c/o (S) // Clean Elevation Legging c/o (M) // Pose Fitted Tee (L)

The Canyon Insulated Jacket is designed with a slouchy fit and wide baffles, for easy-wearing warmth. It’s made from recycled materials and features PFC-free DWR coating for protection from the elements, and I love how soft the fabric feels against the skin, both inside and out.

As usual, Vuori thought of everything when they designed this jacket. It has front zipper slash pockets that are perfect for stashing your phone and/or card case, and it also has a convenient zipper pocket on the inside, as well.

The Canyon Insulated Jacket comes in Black, Hazel (shown here), and Pistachio, and it runs true to size. I’m wearing the small, and I have plenty of layering room underneath.

Speaking of which, I layered this jacket over the Pose Fitted Tee in a pretty neutral called Suede, and I paired them with my favorite Clean Elevation Leggings in Black Heather.

The Pose Fitted Tee is made of a sustainable stretch rib Modal fabric, and it has a high-hip fit that makes it perfect for pairing with all of your leggings and joggers.

Vuori’s Clean Elevation Legging is my all-time favorite legging because they’re nice and thick and velvety-soft, and they stay put no matter how much bending, stretching, or high impact activity I do.

They’re not at all see-through, and they have a high, flat waistband with a hidden zipper pocket for a smooth and sleek look. I take the medium, which is my normal size for leggings. They also come in short and long lengths.

The Halo Insulated Jacket is another great option for warmups and cooldowns and outdoor activities this fall. This jacket is made from Vuori’s patented DreamKnit™ performance 4-way stretch knit, and I love the quilted pattern.

It has a little more of a cropped fit, but there’s still plenty of room for layering underneath. Again, I’m wearing the small, so go with your true size, or size down if in between.

This is the Black Heather, and it also comes in Hazel Heather. It zips up the front and has a stand color and welt slash pockets.

Here’s a better shot of that Pose Fitted Tee. I don’t like my ribbed knits to be too tight, so I sized up to a Large, and it’s the perfect fit.

And these are the iconic Performance Joggers in a beautiful shade of blue they call Lake Heather. I love how it pairs with the Black Heather jacket and Suede ribbed tee.

They have a slim but relaxed fit with a slightly cropped leg, side pockets, and a drawstring waist; and they’re made of everyone’s favorite DreamKnit™ stretch fabric.

This is the perfect athleisure look for running casual errands, my never-ending PT appointments, low impact workouts, and morning walks with the dog.

I love that I look put-together enough to meet a friend for coffee or stop into the grocery store on my way home from the gym, and these pieces still have the comfort and performance that I need for my active lifestyle.

  1. Which jacket do you think you like best, Jo-Lynne? I like the longer length of the Canyon but I’ve never been crazy about the curved hemline.

      1. The Canyon looks more slimming and modern to me than the Halo one. I’m really wanting it in the Hazel color and would probably be warm enough to get a lot of wear in northeastern NC. Such cute options.

  2. I love Vuori clothing! I’ve already started a wish list for Christmas . The pieces are pricey so I’m adding in them in over time.

  3. Love Vouri. I’d like to get more pieces. I only have two joggers and a light weight jacket from last year. I want to try their leggings but I tend to be I between sizes when ordering any leggings. Smalls feel too tight but mediums end up too loose and/or long. I like alittle ankle showing. I’m 5’3” and about 122lbs. Any suggestions on sizing for these leggings you featured? I see you bought medium. Thanks.

  4. I, too, love the style of the Canyon more. Love the secure pockets to carry a phone in (I deliberately *avoid* ANY leggings having side pockets because, the silhouette just looks wider on me than I care for LOL: sz14 pear figured).

Not to be a gossiphound or anything (uhhmmm), but: HOW do you work out as-to have flat abs and no “pouch area” whatsoever!??? It can’t be Spanx ALL the time???! I’m 43 y’s.o. and would love to trim down to a 10. Whatever your regimen, it obviously works!
