Things I’ve Worn On Sale This Weekend

Good morning and happy Friday! I’m working on a try-on haul, but it isn’t ready yet, so I’m going to throw this post up for today, and I’ll try to get the Try-On Haul out to you tomorrow. I noticed a bunch of items I’ve worn and tried that are on sale this weekend, so I’m going to link them up below.

White House Black Market has a bunch of their dresses on sale, and I’ve found quite a few to love this year! I wore this one to a bridal shower last month.

White House Black Market Godet Dress 54% off (6)

I bought and returned this dress, and I just re-ordered it now that it’s on sale. It’s so comfortable and easy to pull on and go. (FYI, the new one doesn’t have the weird pattern placement on the chest, so if you have an issue like that, you might try ordering a few pieces in the same size.)

WHBM Matte Jersey Shirred Midi Dress 44% off (S) // Marc Fisher Colica Sandals 33% off (8)

LOFT has 50% off Lou & Grey, and this top and shorts makes such a cute matching set. They’re also super soft and comfy, and I love how together they look like a romper, without the potty issues.

Lou & Grey Tank Top 50% off (S) // Lou & Grey Sandwashed Shorts 50% off (S) // TB Miller Sandals (not on sale)

All other new arrivals at LOFT are 30% off. I love this breezy 3/4 sleeve sweater with shorts for summer. I’ll definitely be packing this for our beach vacay over the 4th!

Striped 3/4 Sleeve Sweater 30% off (S) // KUT from the Kloth Porkchop Shorts (6) // Talbots sandals BOGO 50% off c/o (8)

And this pretty stripe dress is on sale too!

Bloomingdale’s is doing a Spend More, Save More Sale and a lot of my favorite denim is included. These jeans are the same style as the pair I have from last year’s #NSale, and I like the slightly darker wash. They’re soft and stretchy, size down if in between.

FRAME Le High Rise Straight Jeans in Eros 30% off (29) // Gap Factory Relaxed Linen Dolman 33% off + 20% off (S) // TB slides (not on sale)

PAIGE Leenah up to 30% off (29) // PAIGE Stacey Sandals up to 30% off (8)

PAIGE Anessa up to 30% off (29) // Dolce Vita Iman Sandals 16% off (8) // Sanctuary Twist Front Tee (M)

PAIGE Nellie up to 30% off (29) // WHBM Power Tee 2 or more for $29 each (S) // Dolce Vita Grazie (8)

Pretty much everything I’ve worn from Gap Factory is on sale up to 70% off + use your GapCash or additional 20% off at checkout.

Sleeveless Splitneck Mini Dress (S) // Noat Pixie (8)

Mid Rise Bootcut Jeans (28) // Flutter Sleeve Top (S) // Kork-Ease Hutton (8)

I’m sure there’s more, but that’s all I have time for today! Have a great weekend!

  1. Could you tell me the heel height of the Marc Fischer block heel sandal? The infor doesn’t say. Thanks.

  2. In the WHBM power tee, did you size down or is that your regular size? It’s a new to me brand and my regular size M, felt too low cut so I got the S. Now I see it’s 95% rayon so I’m concerned about shrinkage since the S is perfect as is. What’s your experience and do you lay it flat to dry?
Hope your AQI is better today! You get my sympathy as a CA girl!
    Thanks, Mel

  3. Hi Jo-Lynne, thanks for this post. I already ordered the Frame jeans! Does the 3/4 stripe Loft sweater need a cami under it? Super excited to see your try-on haul tomorrow. 🙂 Thanks!

  4. Love all the outfits! Could you compare the Dolce Vita Inman with the Grazie sandals in regards to comfort? I love the look of both, can’t decide; my feet are kind of slim with slightly higher instep. Thanks, have a great weekend!

    1. The Grazie is more comfortable to me because of the molded footbed but some women don’t like how they click when you walk. The Iman may not work as well for a high instep. Either way, I recommended sizing up at least a half size. Both run small.

  5. This is off topic but I just wanted to say how much I appreciate that you showcase items that are trendy but still age appropriate. Several bloggers I used to enjoy now only show items that are low cut, short, open back, and/or with cutouts. Much of it I wouldn’t have worn in my 20s, but definitely not now (and some of these ladies are a decade older than me!). I’m no prude, but I think it’s possible to be trendy and still keep it classy! Thanks for doing that on your blog as well, it’s a welcome reprieve.

  6. Hi Jo-Lynne, I was wondering if you would give us an update on your favorite floor mirror or the mirror you like to use for try on hauls? I need one since most of mine hail from when our house was built in the late 60’s!
