Snow and ice, power outages, lots of baking and recipe testing . . . all with the kids out of school . . . that is what this week has been like around here! Hoping to get back to normal soon. Here’s what I’m planning to feed my family this week.
MONDAY: Friday Night Chili with Heather’s Sweet Cornbread
TUESDAY: breakfast skillet (recipe to come)
WEDNESDAY: Mexican Lettuce Wraps
THURSDAY: Shrimp & Grits with Collard Greens
FRIDAY: Chicken with Spinach and Mushroom Sauce and a side salad
SATURDAY: takeout
