Weekly Menu Plan 06.10.13

It’s been a rough weekend around here. Between a tummy bug to a ruptured tooth that required an emergency root canal this morning, I’ve been pretty much down for the count. Hoping that I’m on the mend, and of course we have to eat so I’m throwing this meal plan together real quick!

MONDAY: Marinated Grilled London Broil (it’s been marinating for days, hope it’s still good) with Bok Choy with Bacon & Onions

TUESDAY: Spinach, Bacon, Egg and Cheese Omelette with a side salad

WEDNESDAY: Mahi Mahi with Rose Romanos Peppers and kale/mustard greens (recipe to come)

THURSDAY: Pizza and Sushi Takeout to celebrate LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!

FRIDAY: Shaved Parmesan Chicken & Lemon Creme with Swiss Chard

SATURDAY: Gluten Free Zucchini Cakes and salad

  1. Hope you feel better! I’m with ya on your Thursday meal choice. I just said in my meal planning blog post today that pizza and chinese/japanese would be my go-to take-out meal for our family once a week if my son didn’t have food allergies! So good, right?
