Happy Monday! I know it’s not quite the end of the month, but I have other posts lined up for the next few days, so we’re going to put a bow on it a little early! Today, I’m sharing your favorites from September.

As I pulled this post together, I was reminded of so many fun fall pieces in my closet that I haven’t had much chance to wear since I was gone for over two weeks—it almost feels like they’re brand new. Now if only the weather would catch up with the calendar! Coming home from crisp fall days in London to summer-like temps in Philly has been a bit of a bummer, but colder days will be here soon enough. So, let’s take a look at the pieces you all were loving this month!

I would like to see midi dresses with sleeves. Also what hosiery are we wearing with dresses? Black tights obviously don’t look good with everything, but it’s too cold in tye winter to go bare legged. Thanks!
I have brown and grey tights too, that’s what I wear with dresses in the winter. I’ll see what I can find for midi dresses with sleeves.
Hi! I want to shop early so bring on the men’s list and men’s stocking stuffer idea lists! (Paul, we need you!) Also girlfriend gifts.
Reading this post has given me a few things I’m now interested in adding to my wardrobe. We are still having such warm weather, that my summer potted flowers are still blooming. For future posts I am interested in seeing more transitional outfits. Have a great day!
Lots of good stuff! How does the Not Today Satan Mother roller jeans fit? I see you’re wearing 30, do they run small? I usually wear a 27 and they’re sold out but if they run small I may try a 28. BTW, my husband and I are enjoying your vacation posts and videos! I have English/Scottish background too and I’ve also wanted to go to Scotland, plus they have Walker’s shortbread cookies! Yum!!
I don’t think they run small as much as I’m running big these days, haha. But black washes do tend to run smaller b/c the dye makes the fabric shrink. I also find black denim a little less stretchy than the same fabrication in blue denim, so I take most of my black jeans a size up. You can see them in my last Try-On Haul.
I like early gift guides and really need ideas for my adult kids and their spouses in their early 30’s, late 30’s and early 40’s. So hard when you want to get something nice that they don’t already have at their age. I also would like more transition outfit ideas with jeans and maybe with some different style, cute tops that aren’t just tees with light weight jackets or light weight sweaters.
