What would you say if I told you Vuori took their buttery soft Performance Jogger and made a casual dress out of it? Well, take a look!

Oh, yes, they did! Allow me to introduce you to the Halo Essential Dress.

This scoop-neck dress is made of the same magical DreamKnit™ performance 4-way stretch knit that made us all fall in love with the Performance Jogger and Halo Essential Hoodie. It feels so soft and smooth against the skin, and it moves with you whether you’re out running errands, walking the trail, or lounging by the lake.

The scoop neck style is universally flattering, and it also has a built-in shelf bra with removable cups for extra convenience. I will say, before my surgery I would not have been able to wear this without a regular bra, but it works just fine now. So basically, if you’re a D cup or smaller, you should be good.

The Halo Essential Dress definitely has a body-con fit, so I went with a medium. I’d say it runs true to size or size up if in between. It also comes in Black Heather and Heather Grey, but I thought this Chestnut Heather was too pretty to pass up. Plus, I can throw a denim jacket on top and wear it into the fall.

While we’re talking about Vuori’s comfy activewear and loungewear, I just added another Energy Top and Boyfriend Short to my closet.

I love this top and short combination, and I often wear it to walk the dog or for lounging around the house on warm days. It was also perfect for our Maine vacation, where we spent a lot of time hanging out by the lake.

These pieces are also made of the Vuori signature DreamKnit ™ fabric. The Boyfriend Short has a medium rise with a relaxed fit, and I appreciate that internal drawstring for a smooth look through the waist.

They also have nice, deep internal side pockets; and the raw hem gives them a casual, lived-in look. These shorts run true to size, or size down if in between. I have the small.

The Energy Top is lightweight and buttery soft, and I like how the high neckline protects my chest from the sun. I ordered this one in the small because the white one I have in medium gapes a bit around the armholes.

Since I wear the Black and Shade Heather so much, I also grabbed another Performance Jogger in this pretty Dogwood Heather. I love how it pairs with the Sunrise Crop Tank.

This tank is made of a moisture-wicking stretch rib knit, and it sits close to the body, so it’s great for yoga and other activities where you are moving around a lot and don’t want your shirt flying up. I’m wearing the medium, for size reference.

I brought all of these pieces on vacation with me, and I was glad I had some comfy options for hanging out at camp and taking walks in the woods.

But of course, you don’t have to go on vacation to enjoy your Vuori favorites. They’re perfect for casual errands, workouts, or lounging at home, as well!
