Good Monday morning! Fall is in the air! I’m definitely craving more soups and stews these days, how about you??
MONDAY: Lydia’s Sausage Kale Soup with Against the Grain Baguettes (best GF dinner rolls EVER!!)
TUESDAY: Chicken In A Pot (I stocked up on chickens at the farm over the weekend. Wheee!) with rice and steamed spinach
WEDNESDAY: I’ll be in NYC at the Fashion Forward Conference; my family can have leftover sausage kale soup!
THURSDAY: Chicken Chili (with leftovers from Chicken In A Pot)
FRIDAY: Company Pot Roast with potatoes and carrots
SATURDAY: Herbed Chicken Rosé with rice and a fresh veggie TBD

This week I’ve shared a recipe for what I call “Posh Patty Pan Squash, Thai Inspired.” It’s a sauteed patty pan squash with some Thai flavourings. It makes for a quick and easy fix for a Thai craving 🙂
Jo-Lynne, Do you or any of your readers know of a soy-free, gluten free, nut/peanut-free chocolate mix?

Oh sorry! A chocolate mix to make cold chocolate milk. We can find mixes but they all seem to contain some form of soy. A protein mix would be fine.
