I love my cocktails, but there probably isn’t any cocktail I enjoy quite as much as a good mojito recipe. In fact, I’ve posted quite a few mojito recipes to my site over the years so I thought perhaps it was time to write a roundup post so they’re all in one place. I will...
This week’s Daily Mom Style is brought to you by DL1961. A few months ago, the social media coordinator for DL1961, one of my favorite premium denim brands, reached out to me about collaborating. In the interest of full disclosure, you should know that I get pitched by hundreds of brands A DAY. Yes, I go through...
I’ve had a lot of questions about how things are going post-sugar detox. I’ve been meaning to write an update for a while. I’m definitely glad I did it, but going on three trips the following month definitely did NOT help me stay on track. I was pretty conscientious in Seattle about not eating sugar and...
I’ve not always been big on decorating our house for Halloween. I mean, we always carve a pumpkin or two. Well, almost always . . . R will NOT let me live down the year we didn’t get around to it. (In our defense, we were at Disney World and arrived home just in time...

It is very cute. That color is one that actually looks good on me, so I would actually wear it.
I will have to do some internet browsing. Maybe they have something similar in a cranberry that I could wear at Christmas.
fine, no ugly sweater 😉 love the looks you picked
Haha, I’m reminded of my first couple of years of teaching in the mid to late 90s when all of us teachers were sporting the lovely holiday sweaters. My husband was mortified but I just had to keep with the trend at school. Those sweaters are long gone now, but my hubby and I hosted an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party a couple of years ago and had a great time… unfortunately we had to hit up the thrift store since I had gotten rid of mine.
