Fall is in full swing, and around here that means apple cider donuts, sweater weather, and Sunday afternoon football. Okay, I’ll admit that I get more excited about the former than the latter, but there’s nothing like the sound of football on the TV and the cheers and groans emanating from the family room to signal that fall has arrived.

I may be here for the snacks, but I do enjoy the atmosphere some good Sunday afternoon football, and I’ll take any excuse to style a festive outfit so today we’re teaming up with @NFLStyle to style his and hers game day looks.

I grew up with my dad and brother rooting on the Dallas Cowboys, but 26 years ago, I married a Philly boy and became an Eagles fan by default. Sorry, Dad. I’m in Eagles Country now.

While football season looked a lot different last year due to the pandemic, things are looking up for the 2021-2022 NFL season, with tailgating (and homegating) back prior to the game and fans in the stands!

Here in Philly, that means rooting for the Eagles or else. We are pretty serious about our sports.

Okay, clearly we weren’t taking this photo shoot very seriously. But trust me when I tell you, Eagles games are very serious affairs around here. And of course they require getting outfitted in all of our favorite fan gear.

My exact shirt seems to be sold out already, but this short-sleeve version has a few sizes left. You could wear it over a long-sleeve t-shirt if you need the extra warmth. I also really like this sweatshirt; it was actually my second choice.
