Holiday Gift Ideas for Women

Hey everyone! I’ve updated my holiday gift ideas for women for 2018, and I hope you find it helpful!

This gift guide is the most fun one I put together because it’s pretty much full of things I love and/or would love to have. I get a lot of requests for what to get the woman who “has everything” or can buy what she wants for herself, so I’m trying to stick with things most of us wouldn’t necessarily buy for ourselves because those are the best kinds of gift in my opinion!

Holiday Gift Ideas for Women

First, I want to make a case for gifts of experience. These are especially nice for people who either “have everything” or just aren’t into things. (Can you imagine!?! Ha!) No, really, I do like things, but I know I can’t take them with me, and I value experiences (even better if they’re enjoyed with family and friends) far above any material item that can be gifted. So depending on what the woman you’re buying for likes to do, consider spa gift cards (my mom often gets me these!), theater tickets, gift cards to favorite restaurants, concert tickets, tickets to a local museum or arboretum, etc.

As for the rest of it, I’m going to divide this up into categories by price. Most of us have a price range in mind when we’re buying gifts anyway, so hopefully this will help you narrow it down.

Gift Ideas Under $25

Knit Beanie with Faux Fur Pompom $19 // These cute hats come in 4 colors and make great girlfriend gifts for anyone living in a cold climate.

Barefoot Dreams Plush Socks $15 // Who doesn’t love fuzzy socks, and these marled knit socks are the softest thing you will ever put on your feet.

Kiehl’s Nourishing Dream Duo $18 // Kiehl’s is a tried and trued brand for skincare, and this gift set contains two of their most popular products that work together to bring you softer skin.

L’Occitane Almond Shower Oil $25 // I’ve been hooked on this shower oil ever since I received it as a gift at a conference. I buy it every time it’s getting low because I don’t want to run out. I even shave my legs with it. It smells wonderful and leaves your skin super soft and moisturized.

Alphabet Wood Cheese Board $17 // For the woman who likes to entertain, this personalized wood cheeseboard makes a nice hostess gift any time of year but especially at the holidays. Add an assortment of local cheeses or a bottle of wine to complete the presentation.

Gift Ideas Under $50

Beauty Blender Gift $34 // This limited-edition beauty blender starter kit is wrapped up and ready for giving. Makes a nice gift for teen girls who are into YouTube makeup videos as well as your beauty-conscious daughter or BFF.

J.Crew Cable Knit Scarf $26 with code GOLDENDEAL // I love the looks of this cable knit scarf (it also comes in red, ivory, and black.)

Kate Spade Hinged Bangle $48 // This shiny 12-karat gold plated hinged bangle with glass stones is a gorgeous piece on its own and also adds a nice addition to a bracelet stack. It makes a great girlfriend gift, or even a teacher gift.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Shadow Palette $42 // Treat the beauty guru in your life with this highly coveted eye shadow palette featuring 14 universal neutrals and prismatic metallics.

Vegan Bucket Bag $45 // I often say Sole Society makes the best faux leather handbags, and this bucket bag does not disappoint. With a minimalist shape and sleek tassel details, this bag is as chic as it is practical. It has a metallic snap closure and includes an extra pouch for small essentials, and it comes in Oxblood and Black.

Luna Pendant $49 // One of my favorite necklaces for wearing in a V-neck top, this mixed metal pendant goes with practically everything.

Gift Ideas Under $100

Cashmere Sweaters under $100 // There are so many good deals on cashmere sweaters right now, it’s hard to recommend just one. If you want a V-neck, I love the this AQUA one with exposed seams, as well as the Everlane classic v-neck. If you like a crewneck, I recommend this Halogen one. And if you want a classic turtleneck, love the AQUA one — again, with exposed seams –as well as this Lord & Taylor essential turtleneck.

Colleen Rothschild Radiant Cleansing Balm $65 // This is my favorite facial cleanser. I’ve talked about it a few times, but it’s pretty much like having a facial at home.

Cashmere Snood $129.50 + 40% off with code GIVEANDGET + an extra 15% off at checkout // I would recommend this gift for any woman, really, but also the snoods are especially popular with the younger set so if you have a college aged woman to buy for, this could be a perfect gift.

Scoopneck Long Sleeve Pajama Set $49 // I love Soma’s pajama sets and often gift them to my mom for Christmas and birthday. There are tons of fun designs this season, and if the woman you’re buying for is hot-natured, they also have short sleeve pajama sets.

Cashmere Lined Leather Gloves $74 + 25% off // These gloves are the ultimate luxury — so gorgeous. If you want a tech-friendly style, check out this pair.

UGG Slippers $99.95 // I live in my UGG slippers when I’m at home… which is often! I can’t imagine anyone who wouldn’t want to find a pair of these under the tree.

Slipsilk Pillow Case $85 // Supposedly sleeping on a silk pillowcase helps reduce frizz and keeps “bed head” under control and can also help prevent the dreaded “sleep crease” we tend to get if we sleep on our sides or stomach. Honestly, I don’t know if it helps with any of these issues, but it definitely feels luxurious to sleep on and makes a great gift idea. I finally splurged on one, and I really love the way it feels against my face.

Delsey Comete 2.0 Carry On Trolley $99 // I also included this on my men’s gift guide, but it is also a great gift idea for women and even teen/college age girls. When you add it to your cart, it comes to $75 with the Friends and Family discount, which is really an amazing price for this brand of luggage. I have 4 pieces of a different Delsey set and I’ve been really happy with it.

Gift Ideas $100+

Monogram Pendant 3XL $220 // This monogram pendant makes a wonderful holiday gift or a fun bridesmaids gift or graduation gift as well. I have the size 3XL, so that is the price I listed here, but that varies based on size. You can choose gold, sterling silver, or rose gold.

Zip Front Leather Jacket $259.90 // This is obviously a more personal gift, but if you or someone on your list has been wanting a quality leather jacket, I love my Bernardo leather jacket. I’ve worn mine a ton, and I always get compliments. It is true to size, or size up if in between.

J.Crew Perfect Winter Parka $175 // This is an AMAZING price on this iconic coat. If you’re looking for a super special gift for your daughter or another close woman figure in your life, consider this coat. Or forward this post to your husband. (Ha!)

Clare V. Haircalf Folder Clutch $275 // This leopard foldover clutch is a stunning addition to any outfit and the perfect gift for the fashionista in your life.

T3 Whirl Trio Curling Wand $270 // This is the curling wand I use and I highly recommend it. I usually use the 1″ barrel, but I’ve played around with all three.

Glambox Makeup Box $259 // I’m including this because it’s on MY Christmas Wish List! I saw this on another blog, and I’ve been looking for something to organize my makeup so I took note of this. It looks perfect, but I can’t recommend it from personal use. There is also a Petite version.

If you have other good ideas, feel free to add them in the comments!
