Happy Saturday, friends! It’s hard to believe we’re at the end of another week. This one flew by for me since I was away for most of it. I’ll be spending most of the weekend catching up and preparing posts for next week. What are you up to? Any fun plans?
Today I put together an Instagram Roundup. If you missed any of my looks or if you’re not on Instagram, this is pretty much what I wear every day along with some highlights from the blog, and every once in a while I will post something old that has gone on sale or been restocked.
I’d love for you to follow me on Instagram. And remember, you can always shop my Instagram posts from the Shop My IG link at the top of my blog; or if you have the LIKEtoKNOW.it app, you can shop right from Instagram with a screenshot.
This first outfit is what I wore to church a couple weeks ago. I love how this gold lariat necklace dresses up the plain black top. For size reference, I have a medium in this top.
This Good Vibes clutch inspired my orange/white/denim outfit. See more pictures in this post.
This cute tie shoulder top is a fun piece to have in your summer wardrobe. It pairs beautifully with white jeans or shorts, and you can throw a jean jacket on top for another layer of interest. These low-heeled wedges with the metal grommets and studs are super cute and verrrry comfortable.
These lace-up espadrille wedges are a fabulous closed-toe shoe option for summer.
I discovered this adorable knit blazer for just $39 and I had to share! Definitely size up a whole size in this one. I’m wearing a medium and it JUST fits.
This floral tank and cropped skinny jeans outfit from LOFT is definitely one of my most popular this spring.
This red sunflower lace shell is so cute for summer. I love it with the white jeans but it will also be fun to pair with blue jeans or shorts for more of a dressed down look.
I wore this to church on Mother’s Day. It was a cloudy day, but I also think my iPhone lens was dirty because this picture is super hazy. Oh, well… you can get the idea.
printed top (old) // released hem pink skinnies (similar for less) // white denim jacket // white pumps // similar shoulder bag // mama bear charm bracelet & mom engraved idiom bangle c/o kate spade new york
This outfit was on the blog earlier in the week. The print I’m wearing in this top is gone but there are a few others available. It’s a cute top for $35. For size reference, I’m wearing the medium.
My favorite summer handbag went on sale this week! It sold out quickly at Nordstrom, but it is still available on the Kate Spade website at the sale price. This pretty rose cloud color is so versatile and goes with everything. The leather is soft and supple and it’s the perfect size for everyday use.
Now we’re in Florida! This is the outfit I wore to dinner our first night there.
I wore this all day Tuesday while we toured Disney Springs. These strappy leather sandals sent to me from The Walking Co. just a few days before we left saved my feet on this trip. I don’t know what I would have worn if they hadn’t reached out to me and offered to send me shoes — probably my old Vionic sandals, but they’re looking pretty beat. These are more stylish, and they were sooooo comfortable.
We shot this look when I was in Florida, and you can see more of it on the blog in this post. This sequined muscle tank is on sale for $29, and for size reference, I have it in the small.
I made Cyndi wait in line with me at Epcot and take my picture with Daisy Duck. Ha! She would NOT get in the picture, even though Daisy did her best to rope her into my antics.
Finally, back at home, I wore this yesterday. It was in the high 80s and I was loving it. Today we’re back to more seasonal temperatures, but I am so excited for summer. It can’t be far off now, can it??? FYI, I have this top in the medium.
Speaking of summer, Cyndi and I are planning are next summer series where we each style a new summer outfit every day for a month. Last year we started on June 1st and went through the month of June, weekdays only, but we were thinking of starting a little earlier this year. It seems like everyone is getting antsy to start buying summer clothes, and we always hate it when things start selling out.
We’ll keep you posted, but if you have any preference, let me know in the comments.
Have a great weekend!
