Stylish Shoes & Boots
Vince is killing it in the shoe and boot department this season. I already have and love their Oasis Leather Low Top Sneakers, and I have my eye on the suede runners. Also, these silver slingback flats have been on my radar for quite a while; it might be time to take the plunge.
Premium Denim
This is probably the most important category to update this fall because if your jeans aren’t current or don’t fit properly, your outfits won’t come together. So many of my favorites are included here, like the MOTHER Weekender and the PAIGE Anessa. The PAIGE Sasha is a slim wide leg style I’d like to try again; I had them before but wasn’t quite ready to embrace the silhouette. And this washed black MOTHER Rider is a nice way to walk the line between skinnies and straight leg jeans.

On-Trend Accessories
Saks also has a lot of really good fashion jewelry, and I’m excited to lean into the chunkier styles that are trending this fall. I discovered Kenneth Jay designs last spring during their Friends & Family Event, and they give you a really good bang for your buck.
Also, belts are having a moment right now, and my rag & bone suede boyfriend belt in the camel is gorgeous. It also comes in a nice shade of brown, and there’s a thinner version in a versatile taupe.

While Saks does have some beautiful pieces, they are way out of my budget. But, I can study the toppers and tops that I really like then search for similar pieces at a price point that works for me.

Its a Fall looking day here with clouds and drizzle. I prefer the sunshine kind of Fall days. LOL But, good day to stay in and recover from the virus I’ve been fighting. Its that time of year. We are suppose to head out tomorrow to my kids and grands houses over 4 hrs. away, so hoping I recuperate 100% by then. I’ve been looking forward to this trip for over a month. For some reason the pictures you posted aren’t coming through on my laptop, so I’ll try later, but the shopping widgets did. I’ve had my eye on the black and white sneaker for awhile now. I just need to decide about the price. I know there are cheaper versions of the same style, but then I’m not sure the comfort is the same.
Same is a bit too pricey. Good to get some ideas from them.
I had to go back and read the comments yesterday as I thought wide leg just not my style. Fun to read as some love them. I do love flares.
