I’ve always loved the idea of a white-on-white outfit, but I’ve never actually worn one before. Last week, I decided to give it a whirl.
White jeans were the obvious choice for the bottom half of the outfit, and I decided to wear this 3/4-sleeve slub tee on top. Of course, I could wear just about any white blouse or shirt, but I thought this one balanced out the look nicely.
I debated about wearing my gold espadrille flats or my gold wedge slides, but I ended up going for comfort with these Vionic Lizbeth Sandals. Plus, I liked the gold accents against the white. Once that decision was made, the rest of the outfit came together quickly.
Obviously, I was going to opt for gold jewelry to compliment the sandals. The gold 3-disc necklace fills in the neckline without overpowering the outfit, and I wore large gold hoops. Again, I didn’t want anything too heavy, but I wanted them to show under my hair.
I could have carried one of my gold bags and worn gold bracelets, but because I had neon pink nail polish on my toes, I decided to add some color to the outfit with my bracelet and handbag. I have this pink clutch, which I love, and the Becca Bracelet was the perfect finishing touch. I like how it brings in more gold to the outfit as well as the bright orange and pink stones.
