My meals these days are going to be rather breakfasty, as I work on finding 300 breakfast and brunch recipes to fill the cookbook I’m writing! Here is what we’re planning to eat this week.
MONDAY: Asian Chicken Stir-Fry (can’t wait to try out my new stir-fry pan!)
TUESDAY: Cheese Strata with side salad (I’m going to attempt to make this Gluten Free)
WEDNESDAY: Salmon Cakes, rice and Roasted Broccoli
THURSDAY: some variation on this breakfast sandwich
FRIDAY: dinner out (we are going to a live show that night. FUN!)
SATURDAY: Italian Turkey and Spaghetti Squash Pie with a salad
What are you eating this week?

Hi Jo-Lynne!! This week I’m sharing Chocolate Walnut Squares.
I hope you have a great week!
I can’t wait to make your chicken stir-fry! Congratulations on the book deal–how exciting!
Have a wonderful week!
I really need to get back on the g free wagon. I keep telling myself that and it never happens. I know its important and good for us but darn it, I just don’t want to. ha! I will though because the mommy guilt will get to me too much if I don’t.

Thanks for hosting another great gluten-free party! I’m sharing my latest Whole30 meal plan and a super easy, super tasty whole egg mayo. I add some chipotle chili powder to make a kicking veggie dip.
Um, sweet potato nachos and homemade guac? Yes, please – I love these link ups, I always find new recipes. I’m including my Vegan Banoffee Parfaits…they’re pretty delish 🙂 Thanks as always for this link party!
