Is it as humid and gross where you are as it is here? The air is so heavy I swear it could suffocate a small child. I hope it gets nicer for our Fourth of July festivities, but right now it doesn’t look very hopeful. Meanwhile, we’ve still gotta eat so here’s what is on my mealtime agenda this week!
MONDAY: Chicken Caesar Salad with Grilled Romaine and Udi’s Gluten-Free Dinner Rolls
TUESDAY: Lydia’s Sausage Kale Soup (Gotta use up all that kale that’s coming from our CSA and this soup is easy to prepare ahead and heat up at dinnertime if you’ve got a busy evening.)
WEDNESDAY: Marinated Pork Loin with Dill Fingerling Potatoes and Gluten-Free Zucchini Cakes
THURSDAY (July 4th): Blue Cheese Burgers, Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Basil Salad, Herb Potato Salad, Grilled Corn with Ancho Chili Butter, Bacon & Cheddar Deviled Eggs, Beet & Goat Cheese Salad and Flag Fruit Kabobs
FRIDAY: Date Night!
SATURDAY: Chicken Gruyere, rice and steamed fresh green beans
What are you eating this week?

Hi Jo-Lynn! Great menu ideas! This week I’m sharing an easy Beef Marinade as well as Chocolate Chunk Almond Butter Cookies. Have a great week!
Hi Jo-Lynne,
It’s definitely hot and sticky where I am! Yuck. Today is Canada Day, and in honour of it, I’ve shared a post on Canadian food 🙂
That Chicken Gruyere looks amazing, I saved it to my Evernote. I also realized that last week I accidentally linked to myself instead of you in my meal plan post. Fixed it. 🙂
Re the blue cheese burgers link, I don’t see any blue cheese in the recipe.
Yeah, I like to top those with blue cheese. 🙂
