I’m traveling today so we’ll be winging it tonight, but I hope to get to the store tomorrow and get back on track with eating good, wholesome meals this week! We’ve been rather lax this summer, what about you?? Here’s what I’m planning.
MONDAY: pizza takeout (we’ll just be getting home so I know I won’t be cooking!)
TUESDAY: Friday Night Chili with Gluten-Free Cornbread (I can make this earlier in the day, and then I will save the leftovers for tacos on Friday!)
WEDNESDAY: Asparagus Frittata with a side salad
THURSDAY: Chicken Caesar Salad with Grilled Romaine
FRIDAY: Ultimate Nachos
SATURDAY: Bacon & Mushroom Cream Sauce over Zucchini Pasta
