What to Buy: Bloomingdale’s Friends & Family
I focused my roundups mostly on the Friends & Family Sale items, but I included a few favorites from the Loyallist Rewards section.
Premium Denim & Pants
In my opinion, the best deals in this sale are on premium denim. Save big on brands like PAIGE, AG, and FRAME. Even MOTHER is included this time. I love The Weekender in this highly versatile Layover wash, and The Roller and The Dazzer are my other two favorite MOTHER Denim styles. I also have and love the PAIGE Anessa in this exact wash, and the PAIGE Laurel Canyon is a nice classic flare leg style. I love this polished dark wash as well as this versatile medium wash. PRO TIP: If in doubt, I always recommend ordering two sizes in jeans. Bloomingdale’s has free returns for 90 days, so that will give you ample time to return the one that doesn’t work out without risking it being out of stock if you go back to order a different size later.
Tops & Jackets
If you want to update any of your tops or jackets for fall, a bunch of my favorite designer brands are represented here, such as Rails, Sanctuary, and Vince. Also, don’t miss this under-$100 BlankNYC faux fur jacket. I have it, and it’s perfect for dressing up your jeans this winter or topping of a holiday party dress. Faux fur jackets are always sold out by the time you need them, and rarely on sale during the holidays, so grab it now. Trust me on this one!
Shoes & Boots
I’m loving all of the ladylike slingbacks this season, as well as the suede sneakers and boots. A lot of my shoe and boot picks are part of the Loyallist Rewards offer (receive a $25 Reward for every $100 you spend) but there are a few that are 25% off, like these Marc Fisher slingbacks and these red Vince sneakers.
Seasonal Handbags
Finally, a fabulous handbag is my favorite accessory to complete an outfit, and there are some really gorgeous options on sale right now! I’ve been wanting to add a chocolate brown suede bag to my fall collection, and I’m debating between the Loeffler Randall suede crossbody and this Michael Kors hobo. I also love the Strathberry collection in this year’s sale.
