Vacation-Ready: Timeless Spring Outfits for Travel & Everyday Life

** This post is sponsored by Frank & Eileen. All selections, styling, and opinions are my own.

When it comes to building a spring wardrobe, I always appreciate pieces that are easy to wear, mix well with other staples, and work for both everyday life and travel. Frank & Eileen is a woman-owned, women-led, mother-approved brand known for just that—quality, machine-washable clothes made with slow fashion in mind.

I brought some of their new spring arrivals with me to shoot in Florida because they’re the kind of pieces that make packing (and getting dressed) a breeze. Whether you’re refreshing your closet for the season or looking for travel-friendly staples, these outfits are easy to mix into your wardrobe for everything from laid-back days at home to tropical getaways.

Tuscany Getaway Set – Navy c/o (S)

Frank & Eileen is known for their travel sets in their signature Triple Fleece, but the latest addition—the Tuscany Getaway Set—offers a fresh take in gorgeous washed linen. With its rich, tumbled texture, this fabric has a relaxed yet elevated feel that drapes beautifully.

Inspired by balmy summer days in Tuscany, the set pairs the iconic Eileen button-up with the breezy Maisie pull-on pants—a wide-leg style with an elastic waistband and slant front pockets.

If you’re familiar with the F&E Eileen, you know it’s a classic. Designed with a relaxed fit, long sleeves with button cuffs, a chest pocket, and Frank & Eileen’s signature bust-flattering button placement, it’s one of their most-loved styles for a reason.

Together, these two pieces create an effortlessly chic set that’s perfect for travel, but they’re just as easy to mix and match with other staples in your wardrobe. Pair the button-up with denim for a laid-back everyday look, or style the wide-leg pants with a fitted tank for a relaxed yet polished vibe.

For the denim-lovers out there, the Derry Illusion Pull-On Jean is a must-try. They have the ease and comfort of leggings but in a classic mid-wash denim, designed to sit at your natural waist with a straight-leg fit and cropped length.

FIT TIP: These run a bit small—I sized up to a 30 for a little extra wiggle room.

For this post, I styled them several ways. First, paired with the Patrick Popover Henley in a gorgeous shade of pink called Passion Fruit.

Made from 100% cotton heritage jersey, this fabric has a soft, lived-in feel that makes it just as comfortable as it is stylish. I love this simple pairing with white leather sneakers—it’s perfect for casual days of errands, working from home, or even cooler vacation weather.

I also styled these same jeans with my new Mini Belfast—a cropped peacoat in a cozy sweatshirt fabric. This jacket is such a chic and versatile layer, with thoughtful details like contrasting buttons, exposed seams, and raw hems that add just the right amount of interest. Here, I paired it with the Patrick in crisp white for a clean, classic look that feels fresh and polished.

It has such nice details—I love the contrasting buttons, the exposed seams and raw hems. I also wore it over a short-sleeve tee to dinner on a mild evening in Florida, and it makes a great travel jacket—it’s polished enough for going out but just as comfortable as your favorite sweatshirt.

Finally, I packed my white linen Eileen for Florida to double as a swim cover-up, so I also paired it with the Derry Pull-On Jeans to show you another classic outfit option. It doesn’t get any more elegant than this!

I love the relaxed, oversized fit and the crisp contrast of white and denim for summer. To keep it seasonal and on-trend, I added brown accessories for a warm, polished touch.

And that’s it for these Frank & Eileen spring looks! Their pieces are a bit of an investment, but they’re designed to last—both in quality and timeless style. Whether you’re packing for a trip or just refreshing your everyday wardrobe, these pieces are easy to wear, mix, and style for any occasion.

  1. I liked the white blouse under the jacket….i especially liked how you styled the collar of your blouse..unfortunately I don’t wear white white or navy..my colors are warmer and I would buy the jacket in a camel! You look very classy but it’s still a relaxed look.

  2. This is a great post, thank you for sharing. The jacket outfit is my favorite and it looks great on you! I do love Frank and Eileen and appreciate they make timeless pieces; however, the pretty jacket and white linen shirt are way over my budget-over $500 for the two combined lol. Maybe at 50% off? I do love all the looks you styled. Thank you again for great inspiration.

  3. How do you use a shirt that doubles as a swimsuit cover up? Mine always smells like chlorine or the sea and I can’t wear it as a shirt unless I wash it.

    1. I don’t know, I guess I hadn’t really thought about it. I wore a button-up over my swimsuit twice and out to dinner twice while I was in Florida. I didn’t notice a smell, but then, everything smelled like the beach while I was there, lol.

  4. My favorite is the white shirt with the jeans as white this time of year thru Summer is my go to. I have a linen white shirt like this I’ve had two years now and it’s still a favorite. I love the linen blue outfit too. I’d love to have one but can’t pay this price of this brand for clothes. Can you link some similar less expensive brands when you feature this brand? Ones you’d approve of? lol Glad you have your girls home to enjoy for awhile. I loved those special times. I’ve been missing my kids and grands a lot this week more, than normal for some reason. Time to plan a trip, but I don’t think it’s happening until Easter.

  5. PS Oh my!!!!! Looking back at photos and you do look great in the blazer one too. I don’t think I can really pick a favorite.

  6. LOVE F&E so much! The first photo gives me vintage Ralph Lauren vibes… except they’d have a blonde model. I love the popped collar under the jacket (maybe that’s where the RL comes to mind?) I haven’t tried the Belfast- perhaps I will!

  7. Beautiful clothes, but WAY out of my budget! Good inspiration for styling similar, less expensive spring pieces, though 😊.

  8. I love your jewelry. I had sent an email a while
back asking what you’d recommend for base pieces – (maybe I didn’t send it right). I’m looking for timeless pieces like yours that go with everything. Thanks!

  9. Wow..I love the one of your sitting in the navy jacket, white top and jeans…simply beautiful !!!

Enjoy your time with your girls they grow up so fast and time just flies by!

I also like the passion fruit top – that color makes me think of summer.

  10. LOVE all these outfits, but especially the one with the navy coat. So elegant and classy! You look amazing in everything. Thanks for sharing (off to the F&E site!)

  11. Love the F and E look . Way out of my budget. However there are a few things on sale. I’m always leery of final sale items tho.
    Enjoy your kiddos !

  12. Wow! You have really knocked it out of the park with this post. The navy Belfast jacket over the white popover and a mid-wash jean is perfect. And with the popped collar and the scrunched sleeves, you own that look. I loved every outfit and especially the white shirt with jeans. My favorite spring-summer uniform.

  13. Love all their pieces ,the Peacoat is my favorite piece I would like to own myself. Maybe for Mother’s Day. Lol All the pictures do look easy to wear and timeless.

  14. F&E are one of my favorite retailers – some pieces I have are 5 years old and still going strong. Investment pieces for sure but they last forever. Just bought another Belfast jacket in white (already have one in black and crop in blue 🤦‍♀️ – they’re that good). Are the pull up jeans stretchy? Do you think they keep their shape ? Currently on the hunt for a slim straight and really like how you styled those!

  15. Great pictures! I really like the look of the two piece outfit, but their prices are way out of my budget for clothes. The pull on jeans look great, as well.

  16. I like the stand up collars and from your previous posts sweater draped around shoulders. This is reminiscent of the 80’s preppy look which I was young back then and loved. Is preppy back in now in a big way? Boat shoes too. I still have a pair of them that are off white and are now yard shoes! Real good brand Sperry I think.
